Family home with free parking in downtown Reykjavík
Our friendly family home is in an old-style but fully renovated house with private parking on a quiet street metres away from Laugavegur, the main street for shopping and restaurants in downtown Reykjavik.
Our cat Kjartan lives in the house. We appreciate it if guests can feed him once a day but otherwise he minds his own business.
The apartment is on three floors. The main flooor has a large living/dining room, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens on to a large south facing deck with a deck-heater and a barbeque.
The upper floor has three bedrooms; the largest room has an extra large twin-bed and a smaller room is entered through it with a small double bed (120 cm wide). The smallest room has an electric adjustable single bed. Both smaller rooms have workspaces.
The basement has a large bedroom with a doublle bed (140 cm wide) and a TV lounge where an extra mattress is also found.
There is a small garden around the house and private parking by the side.
