Welcome to Bayview Haven! You are going to love this home. It is huge, with a wonderful open space and an amazing view! It has 5 Bedrooms and a Loft. Each with their own private full bath. This would be an amazing house for a couples getaway because each bedroom has its own bath. Bring your family, bring your friends, this home sleeps up to 19 people.

You are going to enjoy the unobstructed views of the Laguna Madre from your front balcony. If you are into windsports or kayaking, you can put in at the end of the road. Plus, You also get a one car garage to store your equipment. If you are here during the summer, you can also view the Bayside fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony! The views are fantastic!

Bayview Haven is located on a quiet residential street on the bayside of the island. Escape the hectic beach and entertainment areas of the island and stay at Bayview Haven. The Beach is just a short walk away. Here, you will be able to relax. You get a King size bed in the primary suite as well as a sleeper sofa. There is a second bedroom with a king size bed too. The three other bedrooms each have a queen. In the loft you have three twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The living room also has a sleeper sofa.

This house has a beautiful Kitchen with a long dining room table. The kitchen is open to the huge lofted living room, with 3 sofas for relaxing. On the lower level by the two bedrooms you will find a kitchenette that will lead you outside to the back patio. Your group will have lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves without being on top of each other.

Please note, this home will require an additional $1000 refundable security deposit.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely perfect for our large family getaway! The house offered an impressive amount of space—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable, and the open-concept living and dining areas made it easy for us to gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for a big group a breeze. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families.The location was another major highlight—just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days relaxing by the shore. This rental truly offered the best of both comfort and convenience. We would definitely book again!

Amazing stay!

The house was awesome we had space and the rooms was nice and clean. We had the most beautiful view day and night! Wasn't far from the beach or bars. Was enough space to park our cars and golf carts we rented.

Great time, great stay

Listing as described. We had a blast and it was nice having to look for your buddies throughout the house in different roooms and locations due to them being scattered all over. Gives it a maze feeling. I have absolutely nothing to say about this home except that you will have a blast in it. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay on your property. Until next time 🤘🤘

They were great, and they communicate fast!The house was big enough for our party of eight. There is a smell in the restrooms that we could not get rid of. The smell is stronger in the master bathroom. The kitchen is very nice! There is a door on the balcony, going towards the master bedroom, it does not lock. The air circulation in the rooms downstairs, is not good. We didn't mind the coin operated washing machine. Overall, our stay was good. We had loads of family fun and would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: First of all Padra was great.The house we had to clean before we could settle in.1)Rotten apple under the bed.2)A car jack holding up the bed3) washer and dryer did not work.4)oven did not operate for 2 days (they had to come out and flip the breaker)5)The home smelled of mildew.After all of this management was very receptive and tried to make sure that everything was handled that was not working. I feel that the owner has neglected the home for needed repairs and furniture that it is so desperately needed.

Nice property

This is a nice property, in a decent location. Unfortunately, the post-rental interactions were less than ideal. We believe we left the house in perfect condition - exactly the same as when we arrived. Yet it took nearly 3 weeks to hear anything about the refund of our deposit. When we finally did receive the refund, over $90 had inexplicably been deducted. There was no explanation of any kind, just a reduced amount. It took several calls to get the explanation that "a lamp was broken" - with no further details. It took another 2 weeks to get a TINY photo of a broken lamp and an invoice, but no other information at all was provided. So we can't determine where the lamp was, to try to reconstruct what happened. There were only 6 of us, and nobody remembers breaking a lamp. Was the lamp broken by our party? I honestly don't know, and "Rent on Padre" really isn't helping much, providing only the bare minimum information, and only after multiple requests. It has all the hallmarks of a scam to me. So with that said, VRBO offers rental insurance when you book. I highly recommend buying it.

Fantastic experience!

This place was AMAZING! Photos do not do it justice. One of the air conditioners went out while we were staying, but we were contacted by the property managers and things were fixed right away. There was no inconvenience to us at all. I highly recommend staying here!!

The house was clean and well kept, instructions weren't hard to follow to keep the house in order for the security deposit, and they had most everything we needed. I would advise you to take your own coffee machine if you're a coffee drinker, there was one there but it didn't work too well, otherwise, everything was in tip-top shape! My family and I had a wonderful time there and made many new memories, this is a great place to book, do it, you won't regret it!! Melissa was helpful and always just a phone call away, the location is great, not too far from the shopping scene and close enough to the party scene and night life of Padre if that's your thing. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you'll definitely feel safe staying in with your family!!

The neighbors were quiet. We liked that because we didn't have to worry about crazy people keeping us up at night. It was sooooo clean. There is a barbeque food truck that we ate at a couple times. I think it was called Porky's pit. It was right on the corner of the main street Padre Blvd beside the bar that is there. The house is beautiful, the yard too. I can't wait to come back next year
