This 4 bedroom home will become your home away from home. It is also located just around the corner from the beach. You can't get much closer without being on the beach.

Acapulco Villa is beautifully done and spacious interior that offers an open living area with high ceilings. This house is great for entertaining with 2 balconies! One overlooks the pool and the other looks out to the street. The street balcony offers you a beach view, just a peak to lure you there. You are also provided with a game table in the living room. Perfect for card games, board games or doing puzzles together. Acapulco Villa also has 4 flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure as well as wireless internet.

From the Back balcony, take the steps down to the private pool and Charcoal grill. Enjoy your evening sitting around the pool while enjoying your freshly grilled steak, grilled to perfection, with a glass of wine. This is the life. This is what your vacation is about, enjoying your family and friends around the pool. This is a great way to relax after you spend a day on the beach.

Location was fabulous. Pool was great, warm. House was nice. The furniture in the livingroom and the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. We slept in the bed anyways. Overall we had a great stay.

The home is older/dated but is nicely furnished and clean. The WIFI worked well and the TV was really nice. Main downer was the master bathroom shower which did not work very well at all. Very very little water or pressure coming out of the shower-head.

Great beach house, very good value

We had a great stay here with our extended family and dogs. The house was even better than the pictures show, and the value was fantastic. Beach is in walking distance even for little kids, and the house is right in the thick of cool businesses - food, beach rentals, and all the rest. Everyone had a wonderful time here!

Overall a spacious house with a nice pool. Plenty of room for large group. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs can be difficult for older travelers due to stairs. All other living areas are upstairs. Could use some general maintenance such as nails in back stairs leading to pool, stains on master carpet, front door can be difficult to open, new grill needed (bought a grill due to shape of grill at house), gate to backyard needs attention, plants on backyard sidewalk need to be cut back. Family had a nice time. Would stay again.

Family girls trip

We had an amazing time for our family girls trip with grandma’s, aunties, cousins and sisters!! The pool was great and there was ample parking spots at the house for a big group. The house location was so close to everything. There was a beach access that was so conveniently close by so it was so easy to get to the beach. The house it self was clean and well kept. We were short blankets though but I called the after hours hotline number and they brought them right over!!! The pool is a great size and the kids loved it!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it especially if you have a big group, and is very kid friendly and family oriented!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have 5 kids. The outdoor inground pool was such a life saver! The kids enjoyed staying in the pool most of every day we were there. Two families stayed here and it was very spacious and comfortable! THE AC WORKS AMAZING! The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own BLANKETS AND PILLOWS. They do not have ANY extras. It didn't bother us one bit though. All in all the house was GREAT! Oh and they do not have a decent grill to cook out on. It was very small and VERY used. We made it work. Just took a couple hours to get it going and cook all the burgers we had. Little disappointed in that but hopefully in the future they get one.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Total disappointment. One of the rooms had an awful pee smell, my son was unable to sleep in that room it was so bad. The sofas looked and smelt dirty, sat on the kitchen chairs the whole weekend. Downstairs bathroom had a window with no Blind or curtains to cover felt totally exposed. Outside stair broke as my husband was walking down it. Pool was dirty, pool net was broken so we were unable to clean it ourselves. When I called the property management they did not try to make the situation right. All I got was a thank you we will make note of your complaints. Never Again. It’s an older property that needs cleaning and updates.
