A perfect winter and summer destination, Finnegan RoadHouse is a large, private, self-contained retreat on 10 acres just outside of Gaylord. Snowmobile and ORV trails connect right to the property, with direct access to Trail 4 from your own driveway.

This newly remodeled 4,300 sq ft ranch home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and sleeps 30+. It’s an ideal venue for snowmobile crews, ski weekends, holiday gatherings, family getaways, golf groups, and ORV enthusiasts. Every aspect of the property has been carefully thought out to comfortably accommodate large groups and keep everyone entertained when you’re not on the trails, the slopes, or the golf course.

Location: minutes from Treetops and Otsego Club

* Just 10 minutes from Treetops Resort and Otsego Club, two of the area’s go-to destinations for snow skiing in winter and golf in summer
* Direct trail access from the property to Trail 4, plus the main trailhead nearby

This is our second year at this house and we loved it again. This house was made for big groups. The space, amenities and cleanliness is second to none. The owner communications were excellent. Ken checked with me about our stay and quickly answered questions. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Booked this property over Memorial Day weekend for a bachelor trip of 20 guests. The place was very clean, spacious, jam packed with amenities, and in a great location. It sits roughly 15 minutes away from Gaylord, MI but still gives you the taste of northern Michigan that is so desirable. The owner Ken was responsive and informative, he even told us that he and his brother were the ones to build it. It goes to show how carefully and strategically they constructed everything to appeal to large group gatherings. We had a great time! Will be definitely recommending it to others as well as making an excuse to book again myself!

Host did a wonderful job communicating! home is clean, and accommodating for our large group, hot tub and sauna is always an extra bonus. The snow was amazing. Trails were great, location is an easy and easy off to trails and trails for our younger ones to ride around the cabin. So enjoyed our family time in the spacious cabin. This property is situated so close to thousands of acers of state land, hiking, ORV, and snowmobile trails. There is also an abundance of world class golf courses and snow skiing hills in the Gaylord area. Petosky, Boyne, and Traverse City are also within driving distance. The heated and cooled four season room is ideal for year round outdoor entertaining and includes a hot tub and sauna.
