About this property

Cozy Grand Lake Condo - 30 Night Minimum Lease

Secluded first floor condo on a wooded hill in Grand Lake overlooking the Shadow Mountain Reservoir and snow-capped mountain ranges. This furnished condo sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a natural gas fireplace. The full-sized kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes/utensils and more. Includes cable TV, internet, washer/dryer and in-floor heating, as well as a BBQ grill on the deck.

No smoking. Small dogs with approval. No cats allowed. Boat, kayak and canoe rentals are also available at the Grand Lake Marina. If you bring your own boat as a non-resident you are allowed one week of parking at the condo. After that you must make arrangements with one of the local marinas.

Please note that April, June, September and November have only 30 days, so check -in must be on the last of the previous month or check-out on the first day of the next month.

Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is about one mile away. Great boating and fishing in Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Reservoir. The Colorado River is also within 1 mile. Grand Lake Golf Course is about a 5 minute drive. Horseback riding at Winding River Ranch is 3 miles away. Winter Park Ski Resort is 35 miles.

$119 per day with a 30 day minimum. These rates are available until June , then they become $139 a day with a 30 day minimum for June, July, August., and September. Some dates will have different rates so please check.

The Grand Lake environment is exceptional in many ways, being at the entrance to Rocky Mtn Natl Park

Nice setting close to town

This place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nice location above the town of Grand Lake. Had a moose hanging out there one of the days.

Grand Lake Condo

It is a very nice, lovely decorated, condo just outside of Grand Lake. The location is perfect and quiet. No stairs and an easy walk to the entrance. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. We loved our stay so much that we will be staying there again. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful place

The condo was very spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was tight but modern. Utensils were quality. Better stocked than most places we stay. The location was private but close to the Main Street. We had an elk in the parking lot one morning. The mattresses could use up grading. No need for a/c. It was always cool. Owners were always quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Great hosts!

Tim and Cindy were excellent hosts! Before our trip, they took the time to get to know us over the phone, shared helpful tips regarding optimal grocery stores, and sent us a link to the local newspaper for updated info on the area and local ski mountains. They were extremely helpful and would get back to us within minutes whenever we had questions! When we had trouble using the communal recycling, they went out of their way to make sure we had access to a key. Their home was cozy and clean with a great location next to RMNP that was convenient for skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day!

Stunning mountain hideaway!

This cozy condo has views of Mount Baldy, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. In the winter it is quiet and uncrowded. The owners were very flexible and accommodating, as we used this for an extended stay. It has laundry, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and they even let us have our dog there. We had room to park two cars, and the parking lot was well plowed. The kitchen was well stocked and a pretty decent size for a condo. The gas fireplace was very warm in the winter too. The only drawback is the small master shower, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Grand Lake is a gem!
