We thourougly enjoyed our stay here. The property was close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake, but just far enough to be in a very quiet area. There is plenty of room for a large family.

Charming Place with scenic views

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake. The views were stunning, with location a minutes drive from RMNP. This Florida family took a little time to adjust to no AC or ceiling fans, but we made due. Furnishings were average and would recommend new pillows for the beds. Overall, would recommend this place to have some minor upgrades but you take the location and views above those.

Quiet Side of RMNP

The condo is a great and convenient place to stay if you want to enter the RMNP via Grand Lake. It takes less than 5 minutes to cross into the Park. The quaint village of Grand Lake is just as easy to access. The condo is clean, roomy, and quiet..as described in ad.

Cute and cozy !!!

The place was nice and Quiet Didn’t realize the stairs were so steep and many just had a hip replacement 2 1/2 weeks ago but managed Also really icy in front made it a little hard to get in.

Grand Lake condo

Location was great. Easy access to Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby by car. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapaho Forest with all the hiking trails they offer are also very close. We had a great stay! I would highly recommend the property. It wasn’t fancy but very clean snd comfortable. The screen door on the main floor balcony is in need of repair. It was all torn up at the bottom. My guess is someones dog shredded it. Could not leave it open at night cause mosquitos and moths were flying in.

Great location!

Great location. 5-6 minutes from RMNP. Good communication with renter. Does need some attention. Screen doors were old/shredded limiting the ability to use them due to mosquitoes. Blinds in master not functioning and lacking privacy or darkening abilities. Blinds in kids room were initially missing with privacy concerns to the neighbors in the back: we did find them in the closet and were able to make do for the week. Overall enjoyed our time/stay. Grand Lake is a beautiful area.

This is a great little community! Everyone we came across while walking were very nice. The house was clean and accommodating for our family. I loved the two decks. There are birds everywhere, they truly add to the wonderful experience. Just a few notes for future guests (nothing bad, I just like to be able to put the pictures with the layout when booking): The house is a tri-level which wasn't a big deal for us. The main entrance is on the lowest level, when you walk in, straight back is the bunk with a full sized mattress on the bottom. This area is great to hang out in when it gets hot on the other levels. There is no bathroom on this floor, but the washer and dryer are here. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, large deck and bathroom (only a toilet and sink). This is where we spent most of our time when we were in the house, especially the deck. Also on this floor is a backdoor with a fenced in area containing a swing - great in the afternoons when the sun is facing the decks, you stay nice and cool. The top floor has the master bedroom, bunk/extra bed room, and main bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and tub. The master bedroom has a small deck that was great to sit on, especially in the mornings.The host was quick to respond when I sent questions. The views were great and the walks were easy. Overall, the place was great!

Ideal Mountain Getaway

My family and I reserved the condo for a Thanksgiving getaway in the mountains. It was phenomenal. The listing is outside of Grand Lake a few miles in a quiet community. The space was very clean, organized, and as described in the listing. Communication with the host was very easy. I always received a reply back in a timely manner. I look forward to booking this condo again!

Property is 6 miles from the RMNP Grand Lake entrance. Town has a Beautiful lakeside community

Check-in got off to a rough start. Overall my stay was comfortable it felt like home. There is a Nice view of the lake and mountains from both decks. Everything I needed I had access too. The property was clean spacious and there was more then enough room for the six of us five stars rating for sure.

Lovely townhome close to entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park

Home was just as described, and perfect for our family of five. Master bedroom tastefully decorated with beautifully made, super comfy bed, kids' room with sturdy wooden bunkbed and separate queen bed. Living area and kitchen newly renovated. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need. House was nice and clean, bedsheets and towels soft and meticulous. I particularly appreciated owner's Covid protrocols: 24 hour vacancy between guests and deep cleaning gave us much needed peace of mind. Owner was very kind, helpful with everything we may have needed, and very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and highly recommend this home! Thank you for everything!
