Beautiful A frame chalet on Kent Island. Open concept, spacious bedrooms, multiple decks and fenced in back yard. A short walk to the community beach. Cook in the gourmet kitchen, BBQ on the charcoal grill or go out on the island where there are many restaurants. There are parks, walking trails and 30+ antique shops and boutiques. Located 20 minutes from Annapolis and an hour to Washington DC and Baltimore. Come relax and explore the Maryland Eastern shore. Three bedrooms have queen beds, the fourth bedroom has a double bed.

We are former educators (Jim high school AD and coach, Beth elementary teacher) who are in a new phase of life. We are Air B&B Superhosts and love trying new things and meeting new people. We are natives of New England and two of our three adult children have settled in Boston and Burlington, VT. Our third is a college basketball coach in Missouri. We visit them often. We are easy going and love sharing our home with others.

Why they chose this property

We are in a great location. Walking distance to community beach on the Bay, close to Annapolis, Washington DC and Baltimore. About 90 minutes to Ocean City. Kent Island is a quaint place with parks, walking trails, great restaurants, boutiques and antique shops. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Peaceful and easy to relax.

What makes this property unique

Master suite is on third level by itself with the master bath and private deck. The second level is wide open with a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room. Vaulted ceilings and a large deck off the back with a grill. Great place to entertain and hang out. The first level has three bedrooms, a full bath and sitting area. Large fenced in back yard with a deck, hammock and fire pit.
