A unique stay. well laid out, however hallway was narrow which may affect some travelers. It was rainy and windy while I was there, the boat rocking/movement was not bothersome. I enjoyed the lounge off the bedroom most of of all.

Julia's houseboat was perfect! It's exactly as described. Great view on the water & had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for much more. Communication with Julia was easy. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a nice, relaxing getaway.

We loved our stay on Julia’s Arc. The entire process from check in to check out was smooth. The property is clean, charming and has everything needed, including spices for cooking. The bed was comfortable.

Such a unique experience, property is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Tiki beach bar is a quick walk away. Lots of fun things to do near by. Parking was easy, accessing the boat was easy. Had a lovely visit and would highly recommend!

It’s impossible to overstate how great Julia’s place is! It’s obviously beautiful, and unique, but I kept expecting to find some tiny little drawback or inconvenience, since it is sort of a “novelty” rental, but there were none. It’s so comfortable, so well-equipped, and communication was seamless. I wish I could give it more than 100%.

What a sweet Houseboat. Very clean. Had all supplies you could need. The bed was comfortable. I would say that you should bring your sleep mask if light wakes you up. Quiet area...made for relaxing. Air conditioning worked well. Great pressure in the shower.

First time staying on a boat house and we loved it! It was clean and had all necessities. We grilled by the private beach one night and there was even a tote with supplies and charcoal ready to go on the porch. Had very hot weather on our last day, and the AC kept up fine. Enjoyed seeing the boats come and go during the day, and the peaceful nights on the porch and rooftop. Easily could have staying longer.

I have stayed at many places over the years. This would be my favorite place. The view and the location was unbelievable. We were in town for a wedding and our host let us check in early to accommodate the wedding schedule. I would definitely recommend this house boat to anyone that wants a unique and relaxing experience.

The houseboat was an absolute dream. We loved everything about it and really enjoyed our two night stay. Julia has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. It was immaculate, well stocked and all the decor was beautiful. We would love to come back.
