About this property
Spacious, open home with refreshing mountain air
Perched high above the historic Route 66, our home sits right at the edge of the Coconino National Forest pines—where a nice hike from the neighborhood leads to sweeping mountain views and a glimpse of the Grand Canyon on the horizon.
Whether you’re planning a family trip, a group gathering, or a peaceful nature escape, this home was designed to help you slow down, spread out, and reconnect. Flagstaff is just minutes away, but it’ll feel like you’ve escaped to your own forest hideaway. NAU is only a 10-minute drive, 40 minutes to Snowbowl, and an hour to Grand Canyon National Park. There are a few local treats we’d love to show you upon arrival as well.
From sunrise hikes to sunset views, each day here unfolds at its own pace. So, take a deep breath, settle in, and let the quiet magic of the mountains do the rest. As night falls, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, share stories, and stargaze. The clear mountain skies here are truly something special, you can learn more about them at the Lowell Observatory. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer stay to soak up Northern Arizona’s beauty, this home offers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
The Space:
Bellemont is a small neighborhood outside of Flagstaff with only a few hundred homes. The highest elevation town on the old Route 66. There is a nearby children's park with a basketball court, a nice walking path, and a pond. Plenty of trails for biking, hiking, or running.
Step inside to an open concept living space with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the upstairs catwalk. The primary suite features a king bed, ample dresser storage, and a private bathroom with two vanities, jacuzzi tub, and standing shower. Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each with at least one queen bed and large closets for easy storage. Downstairs, the basement level includes two bunk bed setups and a half bath, making it a perfect hangout spot for kids or larger groups. All bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from morning coffee to full family dinners. You’ll find cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper, along with a wide selection of pots, pans, and bakeware. There’s a full set of dishes, silverware, and utensils. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, plus smaller conveniences like a toaster, griddle, blender, and hot water kettle. For coffee lovers, we offer both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, along with plenty of mugs to start your mornings right.
For those who choose to stay in, there is a foosball table, an outdoor firepit, ladder golf, and corn hole. There are two dining tables to gather with a stash of games and books. If you need to stay connected, there’s a dedicated workspace, complete with a desk, monitor, ergonomic chair, surge protector, and printer—perfect for remote work or study days. Each of the bedrooms have Roku TVs, as well.
Other things to note:
• Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
• Let us know if you’ll have young children with you so we can prepare appropriate accommodations.
• We love pets, but we also do our best to keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone. If you’d like to bring your furry friend, we allow them with prior approval and a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay. This helps cover the extra cleaning needed. We just ask that you clean up after your pet and make sure no traces are left behind—additional cleaning fees may apply if needed. Thanks so much for helping us keep the space beautiful for future guests!
• There is foosball, ladder golf, corn hole, and assorted board games available for use. Please keep the games organized so the next guest can enjoy them too. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
• Please acknowledge that you have read and understood this by replying to my welcome message with the passphrase "Life is good".
• Ask us about our additional services; private chef, grocery stocking, and guided tours.
• We offer a discount to repeat customers as well as veterans and first responders upon proof of ID. (ID must match the guest who booked the stay and be provided prior to check in)
• Cleaning fees are waived for any stay that extends 7 days or longer.
