Entrance / cabin with a BZ 140 and a bunk bed in 90 above - Bathroom completely redone with shower and vanity unit, WC - Main room enjoying a beautiful view of the Arcachon basin, composed of a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 2 plates and a dishwasher.
A wardrobe bed 140, dining area. A bicycle garage (key in apartment).
Apartment very well equipped and easy maintenance.
Ideal location with shops nearby, as well as pedestrian-cycle track and bus stop.

Quel dommage !

L’agence AJP nous a remis les clés à 18h40 !!! au motif que le ménage n’avait pas pu être fait avant ! Dans la précipitation sans doute (?) la terrasse n’avait pas été nettoyée et était vraiment sale, la table totalement écaillée et les sols pas du tout faits. (On ne parle pas des gardes corps..) Navrant puisque cette terrasse et sa vue mer sont les points forts de la location. Quant à la vétusté des toilettes que dire sauf que chaque visite au Wc était source de stress dans la crainte que la chasse d’eau reste définitivement HS ! Claustrophobes s’abstenir dans la salle de bain.! Quel dommage cet appartement est dans une copropriété calme d’où l’on peut faire tout à pieds. L’appartement est de superficie satisfaisante et pourrait être vraiment agréable. Mais la vétusté lui fait perdre tout son charme . Dommage

TRES BON EMPLACEMENT DU STUDIO

Dans résidence paisible proche centre ville et gare. Au bord de la plage (vue extraordinaire sur le bassin). Pas de bruit de voitures. Studio de bon standing. Quelques détails doivent être améliorés : fermeture (très difficile) baie vitrée", volet roulant qui ne peut que s'ouvrir ou se fermer complètement (pas d'entre deux), un "domino" apparent sous un radiateur (sécurité ?)
