Our charming property for a dream holiday:

The property, spread over more than 2.000 m2 of land, consists of 3 dwellings:
- a house with 4 rooms, including an air-conditioned living room opening onto a beautiful terrace with views, with kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet with washbasin and a beautiful double air-conditioned room. Upstairs, a small attic room with double bed and a large attic room with non-air-conditioned double bed.
- a studio with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Beautiful shaded terrace.
- a small 3 rooms consisting of a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Lunchtime magnificent terrace shaded view.
Garage car, equipped with a laundry area (sink and shared washing machine).
Each unit is independent and autonomous. The 3 kitchens are fully equipped, including dishwasher. But you can also have lunch at the pool house, near the pool where the view of the Rocher de Roquebrune is simply beautiful.
The pool, free form, is fully integrated into the landscape, heated from mid June to mid September.
It includes a 'beach' gently sloping rock with a waterfall, a pool with views of the Rock and solarium. The pool house, a true summer kitchen is fully equipped. It has a small seating area and a large breakfast bar with bar stools. On the back, a toilet and a stretching machine for outdoor apparel and towels. Summer shower under an olive tree, with mist.

This location is ideal for a holiday with friends or family. It helps to be together while preserving their privacy and tranquility.
The place is very quiet but not isolated: 12 km beaches, water sports on Lake Arena 500 meters, 1.5 km from shops.

Stunning home

We had a wonderful week at this property. We made full use of all the facilities especially the pool. It suited us that the property was in 3 separate buildings. The location, local town, restaurants and beach at Frejus were lovely. The host Ann was very friendly and helpful and answered any queries we had.

Perfect summer vacation

We had the best week in this perfect house. The conditions are perfect for a great family vacation with a lot of space both inside and outside. The main house is beautiful and the kitchen fully equipped. We had all our meals at the terrasse which easily could fit all ten of us. The pool area with both kitchen and toilet was great for both kids and adults. In addition Anne and her family are great hosts and we had easy communication with them. I can only highly recommend this beautiful house 😊

Maison familiale bien équipée calme et reposante avec une magnifique vue sur le Rocher de Roquebrun

Nous avons sejourné 15 jours dans le mas des cystes celui ci est reposant bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le Rocher de Roquebrune. La propriétaire Anne ainsi que méla qui s occcupe de recevoir les hôtes sont très agréable réactive et disponible. Nous avons eu un problème avec un frigo et dans la même semaine celui ci était changé. Merci à elles.. la piscine qui se fond dans le paysage ainsi que le pool house sont très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement ce magnifique mas nous y avons passée de très bonne vacances petits et grands Beaucoup de commerce à proximité de celui ci ainsi que la base nautique du lac Merci Anne

Séjour formidable

Mas agréable, au calme, à proximité du lac ce qui permet de pratiquer quelques activités nautiques avec les enfants (pédalo, paddle...). La proximité des commerces est appréciable. La piscine est magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur le rocher. Le pool house, bien équipé, permet des moments conviviaux autour de la piscine. La terrasse couverte permet de prendre les repas tous ensemble. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce mas et le recommandons fortement.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Unsere Ferien in dem Haupthaus mit dem Anbau und dem kleinen Annex nahe Roquebrune-sur-Argens waren sehr erholsam und entspannend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Pool und das Poolhaus, an dem wir abends gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen konnten. Der Garten im Bereich des Pools ist bezaubernd und wirkt besonders abends, wenn die Lichter den Pool und die Pflanzen beleuchten. Im Haus ist die grundlegende Ausstattung enthalten. Die große Terrasse und die Anlage bietet genügend Platz für 12 Personen (Paare/Anzahl Betten beachten!). Von der Terrasse aus gibt es einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den „Rocher“ (Berg), ein Wahrzeichen der Region. Der Lac ist fußläufig in ca. 15 min. zu erreichen. Neben Tretbooten, Standup-Paddeling, Kajaks und einem Wasserpark, kann der Mega-Blop als Wasserattraktion genutzt werden. Alles in allem eine familienfreundliche Umgebung. Der kleine Ort Roquebrune-sur-Argens ist ca. 1,5 km vom Haus entfernt und besticht durch ein typisch französisches Ambiente. Jeden Dienstagabend findet in der Hauptsaison ein Nachtmarkt mit Musik und Gesang statt. Die Pizzeria „Flambée“ ist sehr zu empfehlen. Besuchen sollte man unbedingt: St. Maxime und Port Grimaud. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Angebot weiter.

PERFECT HOLIDAY

The holiday at this location was perfect. All houses were perfectly furnished and equipped. The pool is lovely and the pool house is great!!! Very comfortable. The garden is beautiful, too! It's a place to return!
