This house has everything you could ever need including a beautifully appointed, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and newly renovated bathrooms boasting two soaker tubs. Outdoor living space with views of the mountains, with gas-fed firepit and all season deck furniture; perfect for apres ski by the fire. And dog friendly, what more could you ask for?
Spacious Master bedroom with newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. Large steam shower and bubbling soaker tub; a perfect setting for relaxation after a day on the mountain!

Second bedroom with queen bed and private newly remodeled bathroom with soaker tub, on the second floor.

Comfortable & Great Location!!

My family rented this condo for a long weekend of skiing. We had a great time and would stay here again. The hosts were so thoughtful, accommodating and very easy to get ahold of. Anything that arose during our trip or any questions they were responsive and helpful. The space was clean and comfortable. The location is so great because you can walk everywhere! Can’t wait to visit again.

Wonderful Breckenridge Stay

We made a last-minute decision to spend Christmas in Breckenridge and were fortunate Peter's property was available. The property was easy to find and having a garage spot available was helpful. The townhome is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for several adults to spread out. Despite the snow and cold temps, the townhome was warm and the fireplace made it even cozier. The location is ideal for those wanting easy access to Main Street and it was also easy to get to the lifts when it came time to ski. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly want and we appreciated the welcome gifts from our hosts. We also had plenty of soft towels and bath amenities, and a washer/dryer to use as needed. Our host stayed in touch with us prior to our stay and was available for questions during our stay as well. We brought our dog and he loved the dog toy box in the townhome and the Carter Park Dog Park just a couple of blocks away. We can't recommend the property highly enough and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and cozy home in the heart of town that was truly a home away from home for us. They had everything we could’ve possibly needed while staying there. Peter was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough. We definitely stay there in again the next time we’re in Breck!

Perfect location - walking distance to downtown and shuttles to the mountain. House had everything we needed and was very spacious for our group. Was very dog friendly - provided with a doggie bed, bowls and lead leash outside!

Perfect Place to Enjoy Breckenridge!

Beautiful home! Impeccably decorated and very cozy with wonderful fireplace. Kitchen is very nice and has everything you need to cook. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very nice. The location is an easy walk to Main Street and the local market. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot! Even though in town and attached to another home, it feels very private and is quiet. Nice area out back if you bring a dog or just want to sit outside. Owners are very responsive.
