Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this wonderful apartment is the perfect location. It boasts a limited ocean view from the large shard patio, perfect to have breakfast or something cold to drink, manicured gardens with a running creek, and in-house gym. Washer and dryer on site. The large common area on the roof has an outdoor kitchen, heated lounging pool, chaise lounges and lots of comfy seating to enjoy the magnificent and panoramic view of the ocean and bay.and dryer.

I first came to live in a Puerto Vallarta in 2003 and bought a townhouse in the Marina area, where I lived for a few years. Shortly thereafter, I realized that I wanted to be in the heart of everything so I sold the townhouse and bought this house. I am so happy with my decision.

Why they chose this property

Oh my Goodness, the question has to be why not!!!! You can do everything from this location, or you can nothing at all. The suite is beyond comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. It is private and because I live onsite, everything will be taken care of.

What makes this property unique

I, as the owner, will be here to check you in and out. If there is something you need, I can help you obtain it. If there is a problem, it will be resolved quickly. Use of the pool and upper levels of the house is included.
