CITY CENTER- Left Bank- Nice P3 located 300m from the beach, in the heart of the city center, this pretty apartment located on the 2nd floor is composed of a living/dining room,a fully equipped kitchen (LV, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, LL)two beautiful bedrooms, one with double bed in 140cm the other with a double bed and bunk bed 1 place, a bathroom and a separate toilet with washbasin. Terrace of 5m². Ideally located 200m from the train station, 300m from the beach, 400m from the CC and 100m from the city centre. Private and secure parking. 5 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 80€ P3 (Free of pet hair)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.

Très bien

Très bien placé, calme et bien agencé. Beaucoup de rangements dans l’entrée (très pratique avec les enfants et les affaires de plage !) Tout confort, rien ne manque. Le garage en plein centre ville est apprecié.
