Kierland trip - great location and close to a ton of stuff

Place was great - pool very nice and hot tub worked great ! Great location as 5 minutes to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters .

Fantastic Location

Would recommend staying at this house. The location was perfect for shopping, golf and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was at a perfect temperature.

Wonderful VRBO

Perfect girls trip

We had such an amazing time at Colin’s property. The house was very clean and everything was as pictured. The pool and hot tubs space was amazing and we spent most of our time outdoors.

Spring Training

Great property. This was our second year in a row staying here. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, and the heated pool and hot tub in the evenings after grilling our dinner on the charcoal grill. We’ll be back!

Great Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family of four. Coming from a big city for a couple days, this was a relaxing and clean house to unwind and recharge. The pool was great for the hot days, our teens loved it. The house was clean and had all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay. Don’t hesitate in booking this property.

The BEST house and BEST host!

The house is super cute and clean. Exactly as described and very well stocked. Colin was amazing all through the process. From the time of booking until we departed. Girls Trip in Scottsdale

This is our second stay at Colin's place and once again, it did not disappoint. The house is spotlessly clean and well stocked with towels, linens and pillows. Location is an easy 20 minute drive to old Scottsdale and just minutes from Kierland shopping and dining. The pool is sparkling clean and heated to a very comfortable temperature. This home is a great option for a girls' trip or family getaway. Thank you Colin, for another great stay!

There were multiple helpful “check-in’s” and reminders by the host leading up to our stay, check in and out was very simple. We had one minor issue and I’ll the host responded immediately and had a maintenance person out same day. Would highly recommend this house and renter.

This place is unbelievably awesome!

We stayed a week here and was completely amazed at how clean, well stocked and thought out this rental was. Whomever decorated and stocked this house has to be a traveler with kids themselves, as it was already stocked with coffee pods, laundry and washing detergents and all the towels you can imagine. Well actually played the board games and baggo there too. I would highly recommend this rental and will plan to stay at one of his rentals on our next trip to Scottsdale. Well done.

Amazing desert oasis

This property blew us away from the second we walked in. It smelled amazing and was so clean upon arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home. Comfortable beds & super clean appliances. This home is so well maintained. The pool was the perfect temp and we loved relaxing in the back yard, soaking up the sun or relaxing on the patio in the shade. Very close to Scottsdale quarter & excellent restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and felt so safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Colin was a spectacular host and checked in with us before and throughout- very accommodating! Don’t miss out on staying here & book it asap!!! Worth every penny.

Perfect set up, lots of fun. Heated pool!

We had a great time. Set up of house was perfect for our family. 2 adults and 2 kids, then had our friends come for a portion of the time (2 additional adults and 2 kids). Plenty of room for all of us. They had all the basics of what you need (not normal for most houses we’ve stayed at). Access to more if needed. Paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee pods for Keurig etc. also had lotion, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Finding a house with a pool that had a heater was hard to find, not only did this house have a heater, the cost to heat was all included. Most houses I saw charged $$$ extra to heat. The weather wasn’t super warm when we visited but my kids were still swimming everyday (temp of pool was around 86 usually). Host was super helpful and so quick to respond whenever needed (before and during our stay). Would recommend the house to friends. Host has other properties also. Will keep Good Life properties on our list for the next time we visit. Thank you!

Girls' Getaway in May

La Paz at Desert Springs was an excellent choice for our girls' getaway trip. The property was super clean and exactly as described on the site. The house is a five minute Uber ride to Kierland (shops, restaurants or a lovely evening stroll.) Old Scottsdale is an easy 20 minute drive if your wanderings take you in that direction. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a group. There is a huge stockpile of towels, which is an awesome perk compared to most rental properties. The perfect-temperature pool was clean, and the pool service even came by during our stay to skim/brush and check chemicals. Our host Colin was friendly and quickly responded to questions. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the North Scottsdale area with your group!
