Great Property

Had a wonderful stay over the Memorial Day weekend. Spacious! Great location. I would reserve it again.

Fantastic!

Everything about this property was on point! The location from the townhouse to the beach could not have been better! We absolutely loved the balcony's off of each bedroom, with seating areas on all, and the garage and ground level access was such an added bonus! Each and every detail for guests was thought of and provided for and it was greatly appreciated! We had to contact the property manager a few times and each time we were able to easily speak with someone and she/he fixed all of our issues quickly. We could not have asked for a better stay! We look forward to booking here again!

Stay was great

In house, plug in was crazy in bedroom on bottom floor... didn't work and sizzled... spooky. Wasn't sure how to lock up... electronics for stove did not work, so didn't use it. Monitor out of control, just flashing randomly... other than safety issues, loved it and would go again

A little disappointed in communication

The house was beautiful. There were some things that needed to be tended too. Such as the balcony sliding door off the living room was very hard to open and close. It would get stuck and you would have to mess with it to get it to open again. Also the main door keypad was finicky and didn’t want to work half the time. Once we had to stand there for 10 minutes before we could get it to finally accept the code and let us Also the internet was out I understand this is not the property managers fault. However I contacted them shortly after arrival and they said they would send someone right over. With 5 children we want to be able to relax with tv in the evenings. However hours later nobody had shown up. We went to dinner and when we returned I checked the internet and it still was not fixed. At this point it was a little after 7 and the office had just closed. I called the number to speak with someone they had to transfer me to the on call manager. I spoke with this manager she said she would call the manager who had dealt with it that day and see what was going on and then call me back. She called me a few minutes later and said Verizon was supposed to have come that day and fix it but never showed up so she was going to go and pick up a hotspot and bring it to us until the internet company could get there tomorrow. The next day came and went with no internet, and the next and the next. The managers would not respond anymore to my messages about the problem even after we left.

Perfect Vacation Home

The condo’s layout is wonderful. The living room & kitchen is nice and open. The split bedrooms work well for multiple families. Each room has a balcony to sit and relax on. Plus the beach was literally 1-2 minutes away. We would definitely come back.

Plenty of room & great kitchen area

The condo looks just like the pictures. It was very spacious. The 2 things that need work are the ceilings where there were previous water damage, and the oven display. It looks like a strobe light but it does work!

Clean and Quiet!

The house was clean. The area is quiet. The beach access is very close and beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay here! (We do have a toddler and the stairs are fairly steep, FYI, for anyone traveling with really young kids.)
