The Helios villa at Almadraba Sol comfortably accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Its 4 terraces, private garden and lounge area enable you to enjoy the outdoor life at any time of the day. The villa is equipped with airconditioning, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. The direct beach access allows you to relax or make long beach walks, whatever you prefer. You can enjoy the sun in a cozy and well maintained community (only 9 houses). Whether you choose the community pool or prefer the beach, you won't have to walk far. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and the historic city of Dénia is a 15 minutes drive away.

I have been spending all my childhood holidays since 1978 in a house located 2 miles away which had remained in my family's possession until 2002. When we found this opportunity with its upscale nature in the smallest community development on the Las Marinas beach strip we didn't hesitate for a second. You will enjoy the house's terraces and especially it's private lounge with banana trees and bougainvillea. The sun will be welcome early morning but you'll enjoy the shadow during the rest of the day.
