21 Years Old + to book. NO college students and house is not suitable for parties or events.

Explore the modern, spacious 3bd/2.5bath home located within the Cloisters at Myrtle-wood. This lovely 2100sq ft home has elegance, with impressive features like wood flooring, tray ceiling in the master bedroom, multiple flat screen televisions with cable, and complimentary WiFi Internet access.

Open lay our living room with fully equipped kitchen and a half bathroom down stairs. Stainless steel appliances and bar chairs for extra sitting. Downstairs there is a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 with a flat screen tv. In addition downstairs there is the 2 car garage

Take the stairs upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The first bedroom is a master with a king bed and a dresser/flat screen tv and a private in suite large bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with memory foam mattresses and walk-in closet.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen tv with a large walk-in closet.

The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen bed.

Note: Please do deliver mail/packages to the house without prior coordination.
Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow motorcycles or boat trailers.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly clean and has a great layout that worked perfectly for our family. Every bed was comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. The location couldn't be better—it's so close to shopping, excellent restaurants, and local attractions. Parking was a breeze, too, with a spacious two-car garage plus extra spaces on both sides of the home. To top it all off, the host was extremely responsive, considerate, and friendly throughout our trip. We highly recommend this property!

Great location with plenty of space

The host was great and it was a great property with easy access to most things around Myrtle Beach. The interior could use a bit of upkeep and some of the linens had stains on them, but overall a nice experience.

The location was ideal, close to Boardwalk, Broadway on The Beach. The space was ideal for our family. It was nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood! Quite a bit of dog hair left behind.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. While the house itself was beautiful and the location was great, those positives were completely overshadowed by the lack of air conditioning for the majority of our stay.The AC stopped working, and although a repair technician came to the house and told us it would be working within 30 minutes of leaving, it never came back on. My family spent two days and two nights in the house without air conditioning while temperatures were in the high 80s. We had to keep all of the blinds closed just to keep the house from getting even hotter, making it uncomfortable to relax or enjoy our vacation.What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication afterward. The host said he was going to check with VRBO regarding compensation for the inconvenience, but we never heard back despite waiting for a response. Being left without air conditioning during a summer vacation is unacceptable, and the complete lack of follow-up only added to our frustration.A beautiful home and great location cannot make up for poor communication and the failure to resolve such a significant issue. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience

We had an HVAC technician respond promptly, but despite the initial expectation that the system would be back up and running quickly, the repair required more time than anyone anticipated. We understand how frustrating and uncomfortable that was, especially during the summer. We also want to address your comments regarding communication. We take great pride in being responsive to our guests, so it’s disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations. Throughout the situation, I reached out frequently with updates as information became available. I had also let you know that I was working with VRBO to provide a refund for the inconvenience. Because refunds must be processed within VRBO’s guidelines and procedures, I was waiting for that process to be completed. Your review was posted before I had the opportunity to finalize the refund. While this was an unexpected mechanical failure that was outside of our control, we recognize the impact it had on your vacation and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family all the best.

Great house!

We stayed for several weeks and were very comfortable the whole time. This house is close to everything, is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were kind and helpful! Other reviewers mentioned the parking situation - I was able to park my q5 in the garage but it really is a tight fit. I folded the mirrors in and got in and out just fine though.

The house was very clean and organized. It was easy to find and easy to get in. The host was very responsive and communicated well and was very kind. There were more than enough linens and towels. All were soft and clean. The beds were very comfortable. My husband has a difficult time traveling because of the uncomfortable beds. His back ends up hurting and keeps him from having a good time. These beds were very comfortable and didn’t hurt his back at all. The neighbors were nice, and it was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was decorated nicely and everything in the house worked efficiently. There’s a two car garage and a parking space outside, as well. There’s also a small grill at the back of the house for burgers and such. The location was perfect. It’s near just about everything!We usually expect palmetto bugs near beach areas. It’s quite common even if it’s been sprayed, but there wasn’t one in this house whatsoever. We all appreciated that so much. Overall, we were very pleased with the host, the location, and the house. We had a wonderful stay and will stay again in the future. A big thank you goes out to the host, Nick, for doing such a great job!

Family trip

Family of six…four adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and even offered up suggestions for us prior to our stay.
