Enjoy a "Lazy Day" on Lazy Way! This gorgeous home is located mid-island in a quiet neighborhood. With its own private, heated salt water pool, it's also just a 2 minute walk to the beach from access point #15 on Sterling Ave.

Professionally decorated with high-quality classic beach style furnishings, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sleeps 8. Master bedroom is equipped with a king and a 2nd TV, 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A queen blow-up mattress also available. The spacious open living room has a large screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and new leather furniture. Enjoy views of the canal from the breezy screened-in porch. The fully-equipped kitchen is a delight to prepare meals in and includes a breakfast bar for additional seating. Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is located in the nearby laundry room. Free high-speed WiFi and cable service also provided.

Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, Publix grocery, and more! Visit Santini Marina Plaza or Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait.

Best of all, the beach is just ~800 feet away, a short walk to beach access point #15 off Sterling Ave. This is one of the most scenic and desirable access points leading to white sand where you can relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

If you'd prefer to skip a day at the beach, you can relax in this home's beautiful backyard with the private heated pool, surrounded by a new white privacy fence and greenery! Cook out on the grill and have dinner poolside!

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only April - August. If you're looking for a longer stay or different dates, please ask.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $200 fee.

Quiet and relaxing get away.

Trip was one of the best. Property was clean and very well maintained. Back patio and pool area were the best! 1-2 minute walk to a non crowded clean beach. Deck overlooking the bay with table and chairs. Booking was simple and everyone was very helpful, above and beyond.

Great stay

We rent homes every time we vacation, which is 2 or 3 times per year. This was one of the best we’ve stayed at. It was very clean, well appointed, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The location was great, far enough from the crowds without losing the convenience benefits of a large beach town. The closest beach entrance was not a far at all, and the walk wasn’t bad. Having our dogs with us, the fenced in yard was very convenient when we wanted to let them have some space to run around. We spent multiple late afternoons in the pool when we were tired of the beach. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we will look to book again if we come back to Fort Myers Beach.

GREAT family getaway!

The house was beautiful, clean and very well equipped! Looked just like the pictures! We had so much fun being able to take a short walk to the beach then enjoy the pool later in the day and evening. The grocery store was close, too. The only downfall was not being able to walk to Times Square & the latest trolley left from downtown at 7:30. But that was not a deal breaker by any means! Wonderful place and we worked with Peggy, who was extremely nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend!

Perfect beach house!

This property was perfect! Very clean and everything you could need was available. Beach access was so easy and the pool was an oasis. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back again! The people in the neighborhood were friendly and there was so much to do on this island. Great vacation!

Beautiful house, loved the pool and really close to the beach. Rented bikes and rode them all over the island. Also really close to Publix Supermarket. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice updated home.

We had a great week stay here in April. House was very nice and updated. Pool was perfect for our family. Deep enough on one half for our 7 year old and the shallow side was very nice for our 2 year old that celebrated his birthday here. Location was great. Maybe a block and a half to the beach. Also had numerous sand and pool toys.

Lazy Way Delight

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks over Christmas in this beautiful home, very close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Owner easy to contact as is property manager who is very kind. Home is as advertised, nicely decorated and stocked. Plenty of beach and pool accessories. Pool is warm and so entertaining. Large grill with plenty of backup propane. They allowed us early check-in and 2 dogs. Really, a delightful holiday. Will rent again!

Great House, Greater Location!

This house has everything you need and was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 little ones and located on the quieter end of FMB. Access point 15 is just a brief 3 minute walk, the beach here is beautiful. Jerry, who helps oversee the house, was very pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
