Great location and house

Great location just a super short walk from the beach and has everything a family needs for a stay in Montauk. Nice fenced in yard and an open, airy layout on the inside.

Excellent Beach House

Amazing property located a short walk away from the middle lot at Ditch Plains (best beach spot in New York, not only Montauk). The property is beautiful, clean, and has a nice outdoor space for kids. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The living area and kitchen are perfect for a family (well stocked, large, clean, etc.). Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach sports gear (including rackets and surfboards) provide for wonderful beach trips. The host was extremely helpful and always available. She was nice to let us check in early to avoid a storm. We highly recommend this house and can’t wait to go back next summer.

Perfect vacation house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner, Jean it’s very helpful and always available to answer any questions. House was lovely and clean and well set up with everything you could need. We love having dinners out on the deck using the grill. The location is excellent, really close to the beach with good privacy. We look forward to coming back!

Great house, wonderful stay!

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations! The house is even nicer than pictured - the photos don’t do it justice! And the location is superb - so close to the beach and easy drive to town. We were comfortable and felt at home the entire time. The owner was very responsive to our questions and so helpful!! Many thanks to her for a wonderful stay - we hope to return soon!
