We lucked out! Perfect location for a short stay
Perfect place to enjoy Short Sands, Long Sands, Cape Neddick, Ogunquit, Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. We parked the car and biked or walked most of the time. The cottage was just as pictured and we appreciated the ammenities and little touches that made our stay comfortable..for instance the flooring is nice on barefeet, the shower stall is roomy, the bathroom doesn't get steamy, and plenty of hot water. Very clean, uncluttered, new furnishings, and easy to keep clean. Lots of hooks, shelves and places to store things which is really helpful.
We bought/brought some of these items...foil, roll of paper towels, roll of toilet paper, junky towel for a bathmat, food storage containers, mr coffee style filters, reusable shopping bags for shopping at Hannaford and don't forget quarters for the Fun-O-Rama.
We are always last minute bookers getting bottom of the barrel locations or places that are not very nice. We really lucked out with finding this place. Charlene was a very nice host and reached out to us several times to make sure all was well. It was nice to stay at a place where the owners cared about their place. Thank you!
