This modern villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. There is a large garden with private pool and a panoramic sea view, the living room and the kitchen are together in an open space with large windows that give you a feeling of freedom in front of the big blue. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

Altea Hills is a secure luxury urbanization 24/7, located 3 km from the town of Altea, you have a supermarket 1 km.

Car needed.

We offer prices adapted for stays of 2 months or more during the winter (October 1st - March 31st).
