Welcome to Highlands Cottage. This beautifully decorated Sliding Rock Cabin is a 1 King bedroom (with 40" smartTV), 1 bath, 1 story Ellijay Georgia, pet friendly cabin (no pet fees) with a large FENCED YARD, in the Blue Ridge Mountains is so comfortable summer or winter, you may never want to leave. Highlands is situated on the edge of a lovely mountain and is a perfect romantic getaway for relaxing. Relax on the porch swing, or read in the rocking chairs overlooking the lush valley and surrounding mountains. A hiking trail in the valley leads to a creek (Approx. 15 minute hike). After dinner, maybe, rock on the porch or soak in the hot tub under the moonlight and stars. Smart TV is watched through your favorite apps.
This Sliding Rock Cabin is an ADULT ONLY cabin (no guests under age 25). No cats please.

Nice and Relaxing Stay

My sister and I had a wonderful time at our cabin. It was nice to arrive with the cabin clean, the lights on and tv going after a long drive. The location was perfect for getting all the necessities we needed for our stay as well.

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was perfect for our short getaway. We especially felt secure allowing our fur baby free to run around in the enclosed areas without a leash but with our supervision. Everything was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t have known it was a pet friendly cabin if not for the description and complementary pup treats! The extra deck with the hot tub and solar lights were also a plus. We definitely look forward to visiting again!

My wife and I love the week ,we stayed at Private (Highland cottage.) It was clean, the hot tub was awesome. Privacy was great. Everywhere we go was pet friendly. We love this place.

Wonderful

We had an amazing and romantic birthday weekend. We didn’t use the fire pit because the steps were very steep and narrow. The road to get there was one car wide mountain side which was a little rough. Everything else was wonderful!

Absolutely Amazing!!

My husband and I came for a quick getaway for my birthday. Hands down my best cabin experience. If you have fur babies and want a quaint and quiet getaway, this is perfect! Very clean and extremely dog friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. If you cook, they have everything you need. Highland Cottage is beautiful!! And your fur babies will feel right at home. We can’t wait to go back!!❤️

Amazing Birthday

My wife and I stayed 4 nights along with our pup for my birthday. We had an amazing time. The cabin was cozy and just right for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning and evenings. We drove the wifes car and had no issues getting up to the cabin even as low as her car sits. The fenced in yard was perfect for our boston terrier. We are already looking to book our next cabin for our anniversary...Sliding rock cabins are definitely the way to go if you have pets!
