Welcome to our Modern Creekside Cottage! It is ready to offer you a complete reset without sacrificing the comforts of modern luxuries. Enjoy your morning java, noon tea or evening vino on the expansive deck that overlooks Briar Creek.

Take a short walk to the creek, swing in the hammock & listen to the water melody. Catch sight of the turtles in the pond or roast s'mores at one of our two firepits or stay in & enjoy the secluded hot tub! Explore local adventures with nearby hiking, orchards, vineyards, downtown life, & come back to unwind in this haven for two!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Place bed sheets and bathroom/kitchen towels in gray bag next to washer & dryer. Please do not place the bed spread or throws in the hamper bag.
If applicable, turn the fireplace off on departure but leave the pilot light on. If using the air conditioner, set it to 75 degrees. If using the heat, set it to 68 degrees.
Please kitchen and bathroom trash in one of the two large trash cans outside. Please close the lid so that critters cannot open. Lock the doors on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
