This was our second stay at this property, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first. It’s clear that Harry and Brenda take great pride in their rental homes, and they have a real gift for making guests feel genuinely welcome. They even had a fresh bowl of water waiting for our two pooches when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch.Harry was quick to respond to any questions and consistently attentive to our needs throughout our stay.The home itself is filled with charming antiques and collectibles, creating a cozy, warm atmosphere. The yard is beautifully landscaped with lush, interesting flora that adds to the peaceful, inviting feel of the property.If you're looking for that "home away from home" experience, I can't recommend this home highly enough!

Lovely Vacation Destination

We enjoyed an extended vacation in a beautiful spot. Host is nearby and very attentive, anxious to address anything one needs to enjoy their stay. Have stayed for years here and really enjoy it.

The house was very clean. Lots of eclectic art all around. The beds were comfortable. Two firm and one simi plush. The kitchen had everything we needed plus a whole lot more. The pool was for the most part clean and a perfect water temperature. I did wish there was more comfortable chairs for the pool area. The yard was fenced in and perfect for the fur babies. There was two ring cameras which kinda made my son uncomfortable but not huge deal. The neighborhood was in a good area, not to far from almost everything. The owner is right next door. He was helpful with anything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house truly felt like a home away from home. It is an older home that has obviously been well-loved and well-cared for. Our host, Harry, met us upon arrival to walk us through the house and to answer questions. He had even prepared a bowl of drinking water ahead of time for the two pups he knew would be joining us. Our week-long stay was filled with small but meaningful personal touches such as this from Harry and his wife, Brenda. The home is filled with art and collectibles and lots of personality. It was clean, comfortable, and came stocked with every conceivable item a person might want during a trip away from home. A distinct difference between Harry & Brenda's home and many other VRBO's we have stayed at is that it did not feel "homogenized" or white-washed for rental. They have obviously invested a great deal of thought into creating a welcoming space. It felt more like a visit with a favorite family member! We look forward to our next stay!

The best Florida has to offer- pool, eclectic art and style in the home, lush landscaping, walkable neighborhood! Our family of 6 plus dogs has stayed here twice now and I don’t plan on searching any more for return trips to Melbourne. The fenced area is perfect for bringing along your dog. Thank you Harry!

Great Stay

We loved our holiday stay. This place has an old school vibe and had everything we needed for our stay. Prefect fenced in area to let the Dog out. The pool is a very nice size and well kept. Harry was an awesome host and we look forward to stying here again someday.

enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner and his staff were very hospitable and prompt with communication. The location of the property is near many restaurants and bars. Our kids loved the pool. Lots of unique art and items in the home.

Awesome Place
