Ocean Watch Tybee offers 6 units at The Brass Rail which is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated complexes. Unit 312 overlooks one of two pools. The spacious accommodation is only steps from the ocean, Unit 312 Brass Rail has it all!

There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in this third-story unit with an elevator just steps away from your underground parking spaces. Brass Rail property is just 50 yards from the sand on the South End of the island and is just steps away from attractions such as the Pier and the Strand with shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy a view of the pool from the living room and master bedroom, both of which open onto a large private deck overlooking the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of room for lots of cooks. The bar area seats 3 and is open to the living area. The dining table seats 6. The gorgeous living room has a sofa and comfy chairs on beautiful bamboo floors. The entertainment center has a large TV and DVD player. There is Wi-Fi access throughout the unit.

The master features a king bed and en suite bath, TV, as well as patio access. You can step out onto your private 450 square foot balcony and sun in comfort. The spacious master bath contains both a shower and tub, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space. The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV. We also own the adjacent unit on this landing, which sleeps 8-10. Together, units 312 and 313 Brass Rail are great for large groups, family reunions, etc. The two units together will sleep 16 in beds, and the front doors are only steps apart in the covered elevator landing. You and your family will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping nearby and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away. Make plans now to share our wonderful vacation home.

Remember you are on 'Tybee Time' the minute you cross the bridge so get ready to relax and enjoy your stay. Our condo is family-friendly, and we welcome small, well-behaved pets with prior approval and a pet contract but please, NO SMOKING.

Best location on Tybee close to everything. We did not need to drive anywhere. We were going to rent golf carts but everything was so close it wasn't needed. The pool was wonderful. If we make it back to Tybee we will be staying here again.

Tybee Vacation

Pat and Kathee were amazing. Kathee went out of her way to make us comfortable. There was a group who rented before us who did some damage to the condo and Kathee came over and sent the maintenance man immediately. She was great and very easy to get a hold of. We appreciated the help. We were vacationing with a toddler and they were very accommodating.

Neglected Confo

We have stayed at this complex for the last 10 years. None of the condos were as bad as this place. Holes in walls; patched in some cases ,but not painted. The whole condo needs to be touched up. Kitchens cabinets in bad shape and the tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms haven’t been really scrubbed in a long time; dark ring all the way around the edges. Only one key provided even thought there was a combo lock installed. Told it doesn’t work and they have a hard time finding maintenance people. BBQ grill handle broken and only on burner worked. Management did order and pay for a new one; I went and picked it up and hauled the old one off. Both smaller rooms headboards for the beds were broken and leaning up against the wall. Many other issues that need to be addressed. I’m guessing the owners haven’t layed eyes on this place in quit some time. I would be embarrassed if this was my VRBO property.

I am very sorry that you were disappointed. When you called and said that the grill was not working, I ordered one to be delivered immediately and you offered to pick it up. I did check with the prior guests and they had not had an issue with the grill, so it must have just happened. I do not know of any holes in the walls. I went over to check as soon as I saw this. The only one that may have been there when you were there was here the toilet paper holder came out of the wall the day you arrived. He got a new one and patched the hole of the old one, but he did not have time to go to Sherwin Williams to color match the paint before you arrived. There were 2 one inch holes toilet room that were patched before you arrived and were painted the day you left. There was only one thing that could possibly have been wrong with the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are white with a maple glaze. It looked llike some had thought that it was a dirty spot on the paint and tried to clean it with a brillo pad. When the painter can in to touch up the paint for the 2 small holes for the toilet paper holder, she touched up the 2 spots on the cabinets also. None of the headboards are broken. I am really not at all sure what that is about. I have noticed that sometimes the housekeeper push the beds out from the wall to be able to make the beds. May that was the case when you arrived. I am not sure. I went immediately to check as soon as I saw this and there were no leaning headboards and no broken headboards. Things you did not mention... our newly pained porch, the new ceiling fans, the 2 new sofas in the living room, the new blinds in the living room, the new stove, the new washing machine, and the new carpet.

July 2022 Vacation

We have been to every beach on East Coast and this was the best ever. Our room location was perfect for everything from shopping to dining. Management was perfect to work with and totally fixed any issue we had which was just a minor checkin issue but she was wonderful and provided us with the perfect room to fix everything. We love love loved our room and the Brass Rail was perfect. Tybee Island is a must for a perfect vacation. This is our new vacation destination we loved it
