This Pine Island treasure is conveniently located in Flamingo Bay. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Each room has it's own full bathroom. Completely updated throughout! Located on canal. The canal will take you into Pine Island Sound. Red Fish Pass is right across the bay. You will not be disappointed! This will be your "happy place" Just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Centrally located on Pine Island.
Deposit required for pets. Small dogs. To use the community pool & boat ramp you must pay the HOA for the key $775.00 There's other boat ramps on Island that are much less.
