Keystone Large Family Home - Amazing Views, Rustic Charm - Hot Tub, Game Room

NOTE: We are located in a neighborhood with full time residents. No parties, events or any other activities that would create a nuisance are allowed. No smoking allowed in home or anywhere on premises. Please do not book if you are unable to follow/respect these rules.

WELCOME: We're excited to add our 2nd vacation property in Summit County, Colorado. We pride ourselves in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and look forward to helping you make lasting and fond memories at Grande Keystone Lodge!

OUR HOME: Grande Keystone Lodge is an updated and highly versatile 7BR home in Keystone with breathtaking 10-mile views of the Continental Divide. 5014 sq ft home on two levels with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The residence sleeps up to 16 guests (2 kings, 4 queens, 2 fulls, queen fold out in family room). 8 separate sleeping areas (7 private bedrooms and lower living room). Located near Keystone Resort, Keystone's River Golf Course, Lake Dillon and several other ski resorts. Features include a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, 2 fireplaces, 4 flat screen TVs, full-size pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 dining tables + 10 counter seats comfortably seating your full group for meals in the same room. 2-car heated garage and paved driveway (parking limited to 5 cars .. maximum of 3 parked outside on driveway + 2 in the heated garage).

Outside there is a large sloped lot around the house, a paved driveway, a large south-facing deck with a gas BBQ grill, and a private hot tub with a 180 degree 10-mile mountain view. To ensure proper chemical balance, hot tub maintenance will be provided for longer stays, with access across exterior deck.

We provide a personalized Activity Guide after your reservation is confirmed, which includes nearby recommendations for things to do (i.e. hiking, boating, skiing, etc.) as well as our favorite spots for dining and shopping. Everything is based on our own personal experiences.

Up to 2 non-shedding, fully potty-trained dogs allowed with pet fee and commitment to pick up any "presents" left outdoors. = )

We were a group of six skiers from the US and Australia. We had plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable beds, excellent radiant heat, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of hot water. The game area in the basement was fun and, though only one guy used it, and then only once, the hot tub was nice to have. The location was terrific and we skied at Keystone, Vail, Breckinridge, and Beaver Creek. There were very few, minor things that we found could be improved and we communicated those with the owner. We all agreed we would return to this property on a future ski trip to Colorado.

Our group of 12 stayed at this location for a week of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for our large group to make and share a meal and relax after a day on the slopes. There was plenty of bedrooms for everyone with great storage for all of our gear. Location was very convenient to Keystone and it was also easy access to reach Breckenridge, Vail & Beaver Creek with a little bit of a drive. Mike was responsive and was a great host. The skiing was good although the snow coverage was light. The local resorts did their best to make as much snow as possible!

We loved staying at this house. It was very clean and organized. There are tons of rooms and beds and places to hang out. The hot tub was lovely with a beautiful view. We were able to put both cars in the garage. And it was an easy drive to the ski resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Best place to live near Brackenridge.

This property is very very well maintained by the owner. The neighborhood is very quite and beautiful. If you love playing Golf, there are beautiful Golf grounds surrounded by this place by 5 min walking. If you love water boat, just 5 min drive. If I ever get an opportunity to visit Denver, I will prefer to book this house.

The house is beautiful with great views and tons of space. This house sleeps so many people! With so many beds, we were surprised we could only have 6 cars parked here, but we made it work. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had a great time.

Wonderful home with fun memories for a lifetime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grande Keystone. The house fit our family of 16 perfectly with lots of fun amenities including pool table, foosball, ping pong and the hot tub. The kitchen was a great central spot with plenty of dining and space for everyone. The location was fabulous for lots of great hikes, even for young kids, and close to Keystone, Breck, Copper and whitewater rafting for great summer fun. We would absolutely stay here again!

After living and raising our family in Kansas City for 20 years, we made the move to the mountains ourselves in 2018, residing just north of Denver. We're both Midwesterners, from Chicago and Cedar Falls, Iowa, respectively . . . and we love the outdoors and travel. We were very excited to purchase Grande Keystone Lodge as our second Summit Count property, after owning a vacation property in the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, for 12 years and hope you will enjoy the home and surroundings as much as we do.
