The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a King Posturpedic bed in the master bedroom, Second bedroom has a Queen bed .Each bedroom has a private full bathroom. Bathroom 1 has a tub/shower combination, comfort height toilets, beautiful tile with that beachy feel . Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, comfort height toilet , tasteful tile with glass doors .
Our unit is spacious , clean, bright with an open concept . The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all of your cooking needs. Side by side refrigerator,flat top stove ,microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room is has plenty of seating , flat screen TV and a full pullout sofa bed in the living room

Great stay!

We stayed at this property for a few days after a wedding! It was a quick walk to the beach and there was a pool right outside our patio. Perfect for a few extra days at the beach and a great location.

We had a great time at this VRBO. It was easy to get a shuttle wherever we needed to get. We had groceries delivered and the front security was so helpful. At one point our keypad battery died, but there was a back up key ready to go and our host responded quickly. Fantastic location— would stay here again!

Weekend at Siesta Key Beach

It was clean and comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed the beach which had beach chairs from the resort complex. We also enjoyed the pools and barbecue area. Would stay there again, and I would recommend it for other people. Check in was a bit difficult because we didn't have the code to get in the gate when we got there. But everything was fine after that.

Great condo to vacation in.

This condo has been recently renovated and is very tastefully done. Everything you need is there from dishes, pots and pans to linens. The unit was spotlessly clean. Adam was very responsive to our needs and made a special trip to fix something that broke. You’re going to love this unit. We would stay there again.

We’ve stayed in Jamaica royale before but never in this unit. The apartment was clean and as describe. The property manager was quick on replying to the only one issue we had in the master room shower. We’ll definitely come back next year.

Beautiful Property

My family and I really enjoyed staying at condo. The property was beautiful and the area was perfect. The beach was the best part, beautiful private beach with white powdered sand. The beach was a short walk, right from the patio of the condo. Access to two pools, the one closest to the beach was our favorite. Everyone staying in the complex was very friendly. The property manager was quick to respond to any messages I sent. We hope to come back again next year.

Convenient get away

We are overall pleased with our stay. Our unit was very close to the pool, but a bit of a distance to the beach and the community grills. The resort to the downtown area is a bit of a distance more than what we could walk, but Frog Hop (a tip only shuttle service) was quick to reply and got us there quickly and safely. If you are needing anything more than the very basic amenities, I would suggest you plan ahead and bring specifics with you or make a trip to Publix which is a very close drive.

Nice getaway

All photos were accurate. Short walk to the beach and they supply loungers but the beach is fairly deep so getting them to the ocean was a haul but was very private and not crowded. There was a small cooler on wheels, noodles and umbrella provided but the chairs provided are in rough shape so we only used one of them to sit down in the water. A cart would help a lot we luckily have family down there so we used theirs for the week. They provided beach towels also. The beds were comfortable and we had a box fan in our room. We didn’t cook but they had everything you’d need if you wanted too. Loved having a washer/ dryer in the unit. Overall great place for the price. We had low water pressure so only one person could shower at a time but no big deal. They provided paper towel and a couple days worth of toilet paper, dishsoap, tide pods, shampoo/conditioner like a hotel would provide. I had a blow dryer in my bathroom along with black makeup wash clothes. Our original condo was flooded due to the hurricane and we didn’t find out till arrival ( at a different establishment)and I found this on Vrbo and he responded immediately and helped us find a room the first night and got us into this unit by 10 am the next day. So thankful…they turned our nightmare into a great vacation week!!! Thanks again! The Rodgers family

Something for the landlords to consider for future tenants.

We rent at Jamaica Royale every year. We love the location and access to the private beach. This particular apartment was nice and clean however just a few things to consider for next time. The coffee table in the living room was not a table at all. It was obvious this was a bench seat taken from a dining table. When my family and tried to play a board game or build a puzzle, we were forced to do it on the floor. There wasn’t any room to put your stuff on while you watched TV. Also, there were very little towels given. One towel was given for each family member which forced to wash more than once during our stay just to have fresh towels. Two per family member in my opinion would help. The sliding back door did not easily open, it seems like the wheels underneath need replacing. A huge inconvenience during my time there was the broken hose in the backyard. Every time I needed to rinse out the kids toys, umbrella and misc beach stuff, the sidewalk would flood and create a slush of dirt and water everywhere because the hose that was provided did not have a spray nozzle, the hose was punctured creating a fountain of water shooting up into the sky and the hose was about 10 feet long.

We stayed here with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. The apartment was appointed with everything needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen equipment, toiletries, etc, and just a few steps from a beach private beach. Each bedroom had a private bath which provided added privacy. We all loved this place!
