Located just three blocks from the beach, these mid-century style homes feature clean architectural lines, vaulted ceilings, a rooftop deck, a private hot tub, and a lovely courtyard patio! Pour yourself a cup of coffee at the breakfast nook, then head outside for some fresh ocean air. Stroll over to Windansea Beach for a quick dip, or rent an e-bike and spend your day cruising down the coast! Head down to San Diego for some of the best tacos you’ve ever tasted. But be sure to make it back in time to catch a spectacular ocean sunset!

Home Truths: - Please note that this home is located on a bustling street, and guests may occasionally hear some traffic noise. - During the winter months, due to cold weather and limited heating time, the pool may not reach full temperature at night. - Please note that we do not provide firewood, you may want to bring your own. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The property has landscaping performed on Tuesday's between the hours of 9am and 1pm. - Please be aware that due to the La Jolla noise ordinance the hot tub is only able to be used between 4pm - 9pm. - Waterfall feature on the spa will not be available. - The backyard layout may look different from the photos listed. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
Parking Details: La Jolla Blvd 1 - Hamilton I The garage accommodates 1 car. 2 cars will fit in the driveway. Limited street parking is also available. Do not park in the alleyway.
La Jolla Blvd 2 - Hamilton II 2 vehicles can park in the garage. There also is a small driveway to fit a small car before the garage right off of La Jolla Blvd.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

It was absolutely stunning. The decor was adorable and the separate houses was perfect to share with another family. We were able to socialize in the backyard and then also on the balcony. The beach was less than 10 away. We could not have asked for a better spot, we will re-book. Great for a weekend away. These houses were also two blocks from coffee, Pop-Up Bagel and common stores. Hosts checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend

Our son got married at the Darlington House and this was a perfect location for our immediate family and in-laws. Amenities were excellent and the two adjoining homes accomodated both families nicely.

Property was close to everything we needed. Very clean , very pretty interior. Close to pacific beach, LaJolla village. Enough bedrooms to accommodate all of our family in both houses. Beds were very comfortable. Stuff for everyone. Two beautiful homes.

The two houses were clean, and as presented on line. The communication was smooth and everything was beautiful. One minor inconvenience to note is that if you do a buy out on both houses, you have to go out through the gates to get to the other house. Not a problem, but better if there was a gate between the two. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Perfect venue for family reunion, 8 adults and 6 young children. Easy walk to beaches.More games and amenities (sand toys, beach chairs, games, Pack n Plays, high chair) than listed in house manual. The plunge pool was a BIG hit. We prepared most meals in one of the kitchens and were glad we had brought foil, spices, ziploc bags, storage containers, etc. but there was a good supply of glassware, dishes, pots and pans. The only drawback to our stay: A/C not working in one of the homes. Avant staff very responsive but there were 3 very uncomfortable nights until the A/C was fixed. We were a bit disappointed that Avant didn't offer any compensation.
