The location is a "10"

This is a beautiful property with an excellent location. The vacation was so relaxing and peaceful. I will be back again next year.

nice clean condo in good location

I rented this condo for a month from Mid Dec 2012 through mid Jan 2013. The condo is in great condition and had everything we needed. the local property manager attended to the problem immediately when the internet went out. I have been to Sosua several times and this is my new favorite place to stay. It is in a good area within close walking distance to everything. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. The security people were nice and attentive as was the housekeeper. I will definitely return.

We are so glad you enjoy by Condo on Sousa Beach. The sunsets overlook Sousa bay as you saw are incredible. We also updated all new bedding in the last few months and the entire Condo was just freshly painted with bright new colors. As well each room has full cable TV and all HDTV Large Flatscreen . Enjoy walking into to town and the Ocean Front Pool .... As well glad Amber Guardian my PM was attentive and helpful Thanks from the owner.. Gregory

Very well located

We spent two months in January 2020 in this beach front property. well located next to the most beautiful beach of Sosua, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and bank so there is no need for a car. Always felt secure and safe in this gated property having a 24hrs guard on duty 7 days a week. Local property manager always available to look after any issue during our stay. We look forward to return next year. Bernard P

Lovin' it again

Well we came back for the month of October 2014. As expected it was great. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. ...We have booked it again for the month of April...We have found the perfect rental in paradise and will continue to come back again and again thanks to you Gregory and the staff at Amber

This place is great. Right by the beach. Great neighbors while we were there. The Amber Guardian staff is terrific. Have already booked for the month of October. Really looking forward to the next stay...
