This luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse is located in the brand new Residence “Blue Garden', in the center of Sosua, just off Pedro Clisante road (the main 'strip' of this town). Walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, beaches, shops etc.

The unit has a size of 1485 sqf (138 sqm) and is fully furnished and equipped. The Residence is gated and secured, including a secured parking, and boasts a large sparkling swimming pool, a tropical garden and a BBQ area. Pets are also allowed.

For larger groups, there are several condos available in this residence (for example p3864011 and p3863277); this particular apartment is located on the third (top) floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds.

A few house rules:
- The residence is not suitable for groups of men (if you need a guest-friendly accommodation, please contact us).
