Great Place to Stay

I stayed in a one bedroom condo at Garden Condos. The complex was beautiful. There is a beautiful pool and garden. Security is very good. My condo was on the third floor so I had a beautiful balcony suite. The condo had two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The condo included cable tv and wifi as well. Overall, it is a great value. I would definitely highly recommend this place. It is only two blocks from the bars, clubs and restaurants. Without a doubt, the best bargain I have had in my many trips to the area. you will not be disappointed.

Perfect spot!!

Great place to stay. Close to everything. 5 min walk to the bars, 10 min walk to the big grocery store. The property is well maintained, pool was excellent and the condo was very nice. No problems at all. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place close to everything Sosua. I will be staying here again soon. Thank you Fabio, Enrico and Julia. Enjoyed my 37 days there very much. A+++

Relaxing and fun

My experience was very positive. The problems I had was the power bill had not been paid so I was without power for one day and the stove switches needed changing or a new stove. However when I did have an issue I could contact the renter and the problems were fixed quickly. The condo is well equipped. Occasionally the wifi went down in all the condos. The grounds are amazing and the staff is excellent from the managers to the security to the grounds and laundry personnel. I loved it here. I can't wait to return .

Beautifully laid out

I liked the space very much. Despite the fact that the complex is in the middle of Sosua, it was not noisy. I got a comfortable breeze at night. Rooms were spacious. I particularly liked that it had a full size refrigerator and stove which allowed me to cook my own meals and not have to go out for food throughout the days and nights. It felt very safe with security guards at all three exits. In all I was comfortable staying the 5 days and will not hesitate to recommend my friends stay there.
