Did not fit our needs

I was in Cannes for work. Unfortunately this property did not meet our needs. It is a studio with a pullout couch which would have been fine but the couch was soo uncomfortable and loud. There were pillows but we could not find any pillow cases. They stated there was AC but it was a portable unit that became detached during the night so the place was sweltering. The owner said “lots of people stay here and love it” yet there is only one other review which is odd. We checked out after the first night.

Our stay at Cannes Plage Appartments was very pleasant. We had not realised that we had booked a Studio but this turned out to be very comfortable. It had a lovely kitchen area and a lovely bathroom. Also from the Balcony we had an super view over the bay. Also had a lovely garden and swimming pool. The bus stop and railway station were less than 2 mins away. We received a lovely welcome from the owner Sabrine Augier. If there is anyway you can contact the Augiers we would be greatfull as we had to leave early on the morning of our departure and my phone would not connect to theirs. Also Mr Augier left a phone message on our home phone hoping to help us on arrival but we were already en route and did not receive this until our return home. Possibly they did not realise that we were travelling from Scotland. We do not wish to seem ungrateful to them as we had a lovely holiday. If you could pass this on to them we would feel so much better. Could you please try to do this. Yours sincerely Pauline Wallace Forgot to mention that there was an air conditioning unit which was helpful as the weather was very hot
