Great location

Perfect size and location! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. It is pool side and people will walk through your covered area to get to the pool gate just FYI. The stay was perfect!

Bianco Sands Villa

We love Siesta Key and enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed with our unit initially, only because it was different from what we expected based upon the description and pictures. However, it was very clean with all new furniture and appliances, freshly painted walls etc. I’m sure the changes were due to remodeling after the hurricane. We ended up being very pleased with our unit. The management company was very attentive and accommodating. Overall a great stay!

Updates needed

There were some pieces of clothing left, one over the shower rod, others around dryer. The rug definitely needs replaced, it looks really bad. There was no laundry soap there and they asked to have the beach towels washed. Thankfully, I brought some of my own and used. Also, better cooking utensils are needed. It was close to the beach though and also to some other family members that we visited so the location was great.

The rental we were assigned did not match the interior photos advertised. The check-in process was inconvenient for travelers without a car, as there was no shuttle service from the main office to the property. Basic supplies were lacking—there wasn’t enough toilet paper to last the week, and no laundry detergent was provided, despite the request to start a load of towels before departure. Additionally, the cleaning tools were inadequate; the broom and vacuum were more suited for children’s toys than actual use, making it difficult to clean up sand.Unfortunately, some neighboring guests were disruptive, arguing throughout the week, which affected our experience.On a positive note, the location was great, and the beach was just a short walk away.

Great Stay

Condo was perfect for a quick 4 day getaway. Beds were very comfortable, 2-3 minute walk to the beach and the property was great with pool access, communal tables and chairs, BBQs and hammocks! The condo was very comfortable and clean. Only complaint I have Is the house was filled with mosquitos when we arrived. No windows and doors were left open when we checked in and for the duration of our stay and we got eaten alive inside. I tried Calling and ask for a remedy because bug spray or citronella candles inside are not a great or safe options and nobody got back to me. Other than that, the stay was perfect. House is stocked with towels, chairs and a cooler as well!
