Walk to Keauhou Bay and jump on the Fairwind snorkel cruise for an un-forgetable experience, rent kayaks swim or just take in the natural beauty of the area. Just two blocks to restaurants, cinemas, farmers market, shopping and an open air trolley that takes you up the coast to historic Kailua Village.

The host was so easy to work with and was very prompt in answering any questions we had about the property. Very nice person. The two car drive way was great for parking off the street. The pool area was very nice, lots of outdoor space that we enjoyed, bbq, cushions for patio furniture, large umbrellas , pool toys etc.

This house is centrally located to just about everything. It’s close to shopping in Kona and the many restaurants in the area. The pool was perfect and clean. The entire house was very clean. This was our second time renting from Martha and truly enjoyed talking to her.

We loved staying at this lovely house for Thanksgiving. The main living area was nice and open and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and deck area were perfect and there is a beach area very close by. There are lots of beach chairs and boogie boards to use, as well as an umbrella. There were not snorkel masks but there are flippers available to borrow. The shopping area just up the hill is very close and the drive into Kona is about 20 minutes.

Great outdoor space and location

My family had a wonderful time on the Big Island. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The interior of the home was a little dated, but it had everything we needed and the outdoor space and the great communication with the owner, more than made up for the interior. We would definitely stay again!

What I great stay! Loved it!

The house and pool were so nice. The location was near the water and much nice shopping. The house and location felt like "home". We all agree, we would defiantly stay there again. Communication with Martha was the best and check in was super easy. No issues with the stay, enjoyed it very much!

We loved our stay! The living room air conditioner does not seem to help is our only complaint. Awesome pool and location for walks to both bays.

I was wondering about the air conditioning, was the house not cool enough? The airconditoners have been installed, since I bought the house. Was it not enough? I stayed there in September before I added aircons, when it was 92 degrees outside and it seemed fine inside. Aprox 75 inside. I would love your thoughts! Thank you.
