This tiny house sits just off the St. Lucie River where wildlife is abundant and fishing is plentiful. Water on 3 sides of you. Sleeps two comfortably! Boasting a screened porch on those cool nights when you can sleep with the door open or rainy days watching the drops dance across the water. Plenty of room for over sized trailers or campers to park. Property is 2 acres of landscape, extremely private & secluded. Lush with a variety of bamboo & palm trees. Away from the city lights! No crime in this area, too far for the thieves! LOL!!
Beaches & shopping are approx. 15 min away.
We are located just minutes from both the I-95 & Turnpike just off of CR714 (Martin Hwy) making your commute hassle free.
***Please note, the bed is located upstairs in this tiny house. A full size pullout couch downstairs recently added.

Shannon & Dan have been best friends for more almost 2 decades. Dan is a contractor & Shannon is his Permit Administrator, together they run a successful local Fence Company specializing in ball fields. We have 3 dogs that live on the property with us. Our Great Dane "Bella Mae" is actually the baby, the oldest is "Kona" a medium size Sheppard & "Mary Jane" is mommy's little angle, she is a Chaweenie.
***From time to time, you may see the owner Shannon, chalk painting her latest piece of furniture on the back porch. Join her, ask questions or bring a piece of your own furniture & get to painting!

Not like any hotel.... Private parking able to accommodate a camper or over sized trailer. No crime. Dead end road & only 19 homes on our street, the neighbors really watch out for each other here & that's a great feeling! Waterfront, Secluded & PRIVATE
