Beautiful Property in Amazing Location

We had an incredible stay at this property in Le Brusc! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the port, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. The pool and pool house are simply stunning, providing a quiet and relaxing retreat. The house itself is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. We were there with kids and teenagers, and they all had an absolute blast. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Wonderful

We spent a wonderful 2-week holiday at Six-Fours-les Plages. The house, garden and pool are beautiful. The beach, harbour, restaurants, supermarket are all in walking distance and Sanary-sur-mer can easily be reached by bike. The host was very responsive to our messages.

Excellent Well Located and Beautiful Villa.

The property is ideally located in beautiful landscaped surroundings and a large pool area with full and extensive facilities. Well equipped kitchen and huge good quality BBQ. The only slight downside for someone looking for a quiet location was that the villa is adjacent to a primary school and pre school and when the children are outside there is a level of playground noise that didn't bother us but may others. We were made aware of this before arriving at the villa. The owner Marie is very contactable and extremely helpful and is supported by a local contact Sonia who is very helpful for everyday or sudden needs.

3 Couples from UK

September 7th to 20th 2023. We had a lovely 13 night stay in this villa. The villa is traditional and charming with huge grounds, many beautiful areas to sit or dine and a quite fantastic large swimming pool. It is well located in the unspoilt village of Le Brusc within walking distance of the beach where you can join the locals in their morning constitutional which consists of a chest-deep wade in the sea back and forth along the length of the beach and of the harbour with its many good restaurants. The whole area seems very French and relatively unspoilt and thankfully not as cosmopolitan chic as resorts further East. We had a few niggles with the villa. There was no hot water for the first few days, door handles kept falling off in one of the rooms and one of the beds upstairs collapsed. Responses to our problems from our host, Marie, were however always swift and eg the hot water was restored via a new water tank with immersion heater very promptly by a local firm of heating engineers. The villa would not accommodate more than 6 adults comfortably with the remaining beds upstairs suitable for children. All in all we loved the peace and tranquillity of the villa, a real haven from the outside world and, as the sign by the pool said “Ici, c’est le paradis”.

Excellent séjour

Deuxième séjour toujours autant apprécié pour son confort et sa situation idéale. En cette période hivernale le beau jardin est bien ensoleillé jusqu’à 16h, après quoi on peut partir à pieds admirer le coucher de soleil au Gaou puis prendre la voiture jusqu’à Sanary et ses illuminations uniques. A essayer ……encore et encore!

Toujours magnifique

Nous y avons déjà séjourné en août 2021. La maison, le jardin, la piscine, et l'emplacement sont toujours aussi magnifiques. En juin, on apprécie encore plus la verdure et la floraison du jardin et des environs du Cap Sicié.

Séjour parfait

Le Brusc est un petit coin de Méditerranée qui a su conserver son authenticité, offre de très nombreuses possibilités de promenades et de merveilleux paysages. La maison aux couleurs de mer et de soleil est idéalement située, très bien équipée et d’une propreté parfaite. Bien qu’à seulement quelques minutes à pieds du port il règne un calme total dans le beau jardin mi-verger mi coin piscine avec sa cuisine d’été et ses belles essences méditerranéennes qui en font un superbe espace paysager. Un grand merci à Yann qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et surtout à Marie qui a vraiment pensé à tout ce qui pourrait rendre notre séjour simplement parfait!

Great October Week

We have spend a wounderfull week with our two kids in the Villa in October. The weather was still good and we were able to use the great pool. The house is well equipped and sits in a wounderfully designed large garden/park. The separate pool house with its facilities and dining table makes it easy to spend the time at the pool. The house is situated in a quiet sidestreet but is very close to the harbour and the various bars, caffès and restaurant which can easily reached by foot. The bike that came along with the house allowed us to explore the nearby mountains and beaches. We had a great time!

Très belle propriété très bien équipée. La partie du jardin avec piscine est particulièrement belle et zen. Juste une amélioration à prévoir prochainement a mon sens : la literie et la douche de la chambre parentale. Pour le reste, c’était vraiment très très bien, donc 5 étoiles., Et aussi, la propriétaire est très réactive dans sa communication et comprend toute les demandes du premier coup. La dame qui s’occupe de l’arrivée et du départ (Sonia) est également parfaite.

Thank you for a nice stay

The reservation, check-in etc. all worked very well, friendly and fast. The house has a perfect location within walking distance to everything you need (beach, shopping, pharmacy, restaurants...). What we and our kids liked most was the pool. Nice and big, clean, incl. great pool house and the large garden. The house has many gadgets like games, bicycles, etc.. Only the cleanliness has not quite convinced us. In all showers there was mold, the floor was not wiped clean and there are also some things that are broken or in the years (drawers can not open, a deck chair was glued together and is broken apart ...). For this, the price-performance was unfortunately a little borderline despite high season. Also that we had to pay extra for the sheets and towels. We would have liked that would be included in the price. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you!

Perfect beach holiday

We stayed for 8 nights in Marie's house. Everything from check in, to using the house and facilities and check out was easy going. The house is located a very short walk (5 min) to the supermarket, local shops and restaurants and beach, as well as the ferry to the island. The pool and pool house were fantastic, it was very well equipped with everything you needed for the whole day out there and early evening. The pool is also very large. Two of the en suite bathrooms are open in the bedrooms which is something to consider if sharing. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook a feast at home which we did on many nights, and there is ample space to eat inside and outside. Marie and Isabelle are wonderful hosts, very easy to get a hold of when needed. The bikes and trampoline were also a great addition to our stay.

Beautiful villa and great location

Amazing villa with a big garden, pool and poolhouse. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. It has everything you need. Location is also great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Host was very friendly and helped us when needed. We would definitely stay again!

Un petit coin de paradis....et son jardin d'Eden

Semaine de rêve à la Villa hellébor à deux pas du port du Brusc sur la commune de Six-Fours-les-plages. Rien à redire, tout était parfait !! Un premier contact téléphonique avec la propriétaire des lieux nous met tout de suite en confiance. Son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité pendant notre séjour n'ont fait que conforter cette première impression. La situation de la villa est top, tranquillement nichée dans une impasse, proche des plages du port du Brusc et de la presqu'île du Gaou . Commerces à proximité, on peut faire l'impasse sur la voiture. Après quelques centaines de mètres à pied, on se retrouve vite en pleine nature sur les hauteurs du massif du cap Sicié et son sentier du littoral.De plus un arrêt de bus tout proche permet de relier Toulon et les plages de la Seyne et de St Mandrier. La villa avec son grand jardin arboré, en plus d'être magnifique et très fonctionnelle, est très bien équipée; tout est fait pour y vivre relax . Propreté de l'intérieure et des extérieures (jardin/piscine) impeccable. Décoration soignée. Les photos de l'annonce nous ont mis l'eau à la bouche...sensations multipliées à notre arrivée !! 🤩 Bref ......nous avons Adoré et n'oublierons jamais Hellébor...en espérant la revoir...

Séjour de qualité

Le jardin,pool house et piscine valent vraiment le déplacement:c'est magnifique.Une telle propriété à proximité des commerces,restaurants,plages et port est très rare sur la côte d'azur.La villa possède tout le confort souhaité et rien ne manque.Que dire aussi de la personne qui nous reçoit,Isabelle,charmante et toujours disponible.Au moindre souci domestique,c'est réglé vite fait et avec classe par la propriétaire.Location à découvrir absolument.

Un merveilleux moment

Deux semaines au calme le plus total alors que la propriété se trouve à deux pas du port et des commerces. La maison est parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien; idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont magnifiques. Grande réactivité des propriétaires. A revivre sans hésiter.

Maison parfaite, tous les équipements ont été prévus. Jardin magnifique, pool house et piscine conçus pour la détente. Tout est fait pour que les vacances se déroulent dans un esprit de farniente. Notre séjour en tous points a été mémorable ; en effet tout d'abord la situation de la maison est incroyable ; deux minutes à pied et vous êtes à la plage ou dans le village tout en étant au calme absolu loin de la circulation et du monde. par ailleurs, le terrain est immense et parfaitement aménagé avec un coin pool-house / piscine en retrait de la maison et parfaitement équipé ; piscine sublime et endroit idéal pour les couchers de soleil un verre à la main .... Enfin la maison est idéale pour les vacances en famille ; fonctionnelle, claire et à la déco sympa, on y est en vacances immédiatement ; plusieurs terrasses pour déjeuner ou boire un café, cuisine super bien équipée, arrière cuisine fonctionnelle, salles de bain au grand confort, etc... je recommande tant pour le bine que pour la procédure d'accueil et de départ qui est un modèle du genre A louer sans hésitation !!!

Formidable séjour! Tranquillité, confort... au top

La maison est très bien située. Proximité du port, des plages et d'activités sportives et culturelles. Très bien équipée et spacieuse. Beaucoup d'espace aussi à l'extérieur, grandes terrasses ombragées et super confortables. La piscine est parfaite, grande et assez profonde avec un pool house très bien équipé. Le jardin (parc) est sublime, de jour comme de nuit. Pour le "ravitaillement", les commerces et supermarchés sont très proches. Les grandes enseignes de distribution sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Le secteur offre de nombreuses plages et activités nautiques. Des possibilités d'excursions vers les îles, les calanques… De très beaux circuits de randonnées pédestres et cyclables où l'on découvre la côte avec de la hauteur. Pour les enfants, des attractions diverses existent à proximité… Ne pas rater "la maison du Cygne" et le jardin de la méditerranée parmi les nombreuses sortie culturelles envisageables. Bref, idéal pour ceux qui voulait le calme, le confort, la tranquillité et pour ceux qui ne tiennent pas en place.
