Relax in the quiet beauty of Siesta Key. Our gulf-side villa is in one of Siesta Key's most beautiful developments -- only a few steps from the white powder sand of Crescent Beach. The villa is a private, oceanside home- just a three minute stroll down the palm-lined drive to the beach.

The villa features a comfortably furnished living room, a dining room, lanai, two well-appointed bedrooms, two full baths and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, blender, micowave and more. The enclosed garage is attached and has a convenient keypad operator. Amenities include a 2 phones, fax, and answering machine. Free nationwide long distance. There are (3)HD LCD TV's, DVD players , CD-Stereo and ceiling fans. The living room TV is a 55' Smart LCD with HD service, DVR and Blu-Ray player. A full size washer and dryer are in the condo.
The master bedroom has a king bed and there are two double beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a full wall of closets. The kitchen has a domed ceiling, white cabinets, and granite counters. The entire villa was recently tiled thruout, and both bathrooms completely renovated. There is a large area rug in the living room. The villa is tastefully furnished, and bright.

Enjoy the privacy of our end unit on a side lane. There is a pool only a few steps away down the street, and another pool overlooking the beach. Shopping and dining are just a short walk or drive away.

Vacation Villa

Lovely vacation villa in Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Part of a nice resort (Crystal Sands) with easy access to beautiful beach. Nicely decorated with a great screened porch. Conveniently located with a 10 minute walk to good restaurants and bars in Crescent Beach. Owner was great to work with and answered all inquiries/questions promptly. Highly recommend.

Excellent villa close to beach

Villa updated with new furniture. Well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The owner was cordial and very easy to communicate with and provided us with all the details.

Debbie and I live in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Both of our families are from Cleveland, and most of our families are still here. We have a pretty quiet life, and enjoy spending time with our two boys. Winter is too long in Cleveland, and we always look forward to our next chance to be on Siesta Key!

Why they chose this property

My family has been going to Siesta Key since 1960. It sure is a different place now, but you still find the casual beach lifestyle that made it popular. My parents bought a condo in Crystal Sands when it was being built, and it was natural for us to be in the same complex when we were buying. We never get tired of being there, our kids love going, and we are always looking forward to our next visit whenever we leave.

What makes this property unique

Number one is, of course, Crescent Beach. Its a wide, flat beach where the sand does not get hot, and it goes on for miles. Within Crystal Sands, you will find a more residential feeling development than many on the Key. The villas are on small streets that run off the main drive; there isn't a stream of traffic running past your door. It is quiet and safe. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. The pools are beautiful and heated.

Siesta Key is a beach community, and we've tried to provide that comfortable beach experience in our condo. We hope you will agree!
