We have just returned from a week’s stay at this absolutely gorgeous villa, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.The panoramic views are simply stunning, and the villa itself is beautiful, both inside and out. We particularly loved the outdoor area by the pool, where we spent lots of time enjoying the incredible views and making use of the really well equipped outdoor kitchen.The villa is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds are really comfortable too. Even when you want to escape the sun for a while, you don’t have to miss out on the views — the view from the sofa in the living area is just as spectacular!The communication with the owner has been absolutely above and beyond. They have been so helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they gave us some fantastic recommendations for places to visit.We have had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to return. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay somewhere truly special. We’re already wishing we were still there!

We stayed at Villa Panorama and I must say that it is beautiful and so well equipped for a relaxing stay. The outdoor kitchen was amazing for cooking family meals and then having dinner by the pool with a view. The decor inside and terraces were also great. I would highly recommend for a stay in Moraira / Paichi area.

This was by far one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed in. The villa was beautiful both inside and out and incredibly well equipped. Communications between me and the owner were excellent with any queries answered promptly and always with a smile. A car is essential for this location. If you decide to book you will not be disappointed thank you Villa panorama and despite us having to leave early because of family bereavement your communication with us was most welcome and I highly recommend you to everyone.

Lovely house, amazing view

We had a lovely holiday - the photos don't even do the house justice. A beautiful house but homely & well equipped. Clean, spacious with fabulous view. Lots of steps & a bit of a walk to the restaurants but all fine for our family. Thank you very much!

Highly recommend

We stayed here for 4 nights in October, the property itself is like a castle on the hill, feels very premium. It really is a large place so if you had a family you'd all have your own space. Multiple terraces to relax on, nice large pool outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The views are amazing also. It's probably the nicest place I've stayed at. Owner helped us when needed and checked up on us as the weather in the surrounding parts of Valencia had been really bad, but thankfully not affecting the area we where in. Recommend taking a car, nearby towns are full of great restaurants.

Well-equiped holiday villa. Basic, nothing fancy but all you would need is available. Sufficient space for 5 persons. Great views on Mediterranean. Car required. Note: hardly any shadow (negatieve July/August) and quite windy (plus in July/August).

We stayed in the house one month. The house is big and contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are also two kitchen, one in the house and one outside. When we came everything was very clean and ready for us. The house is placed in the hills area with a fantastic view to the sea. There are to terraces and of course the big one by the pool. There’s a supermarket Mercadona about 900 m from the house, which is very convenient.Communication with the owner was great. We had some small problems so he answered ours mail immediately even though it was 11 p.m.There are many stairs in the house. It’s difficult to park in the carport but you can park on the street as we did.If we can suggest something it will be fine if there were a little marquise on the little terrace.

The Perfect Getaway: Sea View, Comfort and Total Relaxation

We had an exceptional stay at Villa Panorama! The house is perfectly designed, spacious, peaceful, and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.Every room is air-conditioned, the bedding is brand new and very comfortable, and both kitchens are fully equipped. There are several terraces and relaxing corners, perfect for everyone to find their own space to read or unwind.The children loved playing hide and seek in the many hiding spots throughout the house. Everything is perfectly set up to welcome a baby, which is rare and extremely convenient.The outdoor shower on the private suite terrace was one of our favorite features – showering while looking out at the sea or under the stars is truly unforgettable.From booking all the way through to the end of our stay, the owner was always available by email to answer our questions, guide us, and recommend the best local spots to avoid tourist traps. This really helped us save time and make the most of the area.A perfect villa for a family or friends’ holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Stunning Views

We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa, and it was a truly memorable experience for the entire family. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace, soaking in the stunning scenery. The outdoor pool area is fantastic—perfect for both kids and adults. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, and the outdoor dining area was ideal for evening meals under the stars. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. The only thing to note is that the villa is situated on a high hill, which gives you those amazing views, but it also means that there isn't much within walking distance. If you plan to explore the local area, having a car is essential. However, we found that the peaceful and secluded setting was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque escape. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The view from the rental was spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. House was as promised in photos. House was clean. South facing deck is amazing and convenience of an outdoor kitchen is great. We did not use much due to winter..early darkness and weather, but great space. Comms with host started good but then were slow and unresponsive for a couple issues we had, had to ask twice. The BBQ would not light and we requested assistance as it is important to us, but we never got a response for a couple of days. Host was pleasant when he did reply. We ended up fixing it our selves. (Water in gas line). You definitely require a car to stay here. Moraira is a great town and has everything you need. Grocery stores are close. Perfect house for shorter summer stay. We stayed 1 month in winter. House had the basics for that length of stay, but we would suggest a few things to make it better. Beds were uncomfortable, especially for 60. Living room chairs are tired/broken and uncomfortable, (again for long stay in winter when spending more time inside). Kitchen lacked cooking sheets, measuring spoons/cups, storage containers, (for left overs). We would suggest providing at least one spare set of bedding for each size bed and extra towels, In winter it’s hard to dry laundry. There was only 1 set of keys provided and 2 are needed. I do not believe there is a local property manager, at least we never saw one. We find this makes a big difference when renting for long stays.

Here are the facts regarding your month-long stay: Premium Host Status: Villa Panorama holds the Premium Host status, a distinction awarded by Abritel based on rigorous service and customer satisfaction criteria, validated by all our previous reviews. Team and Management: A full team is available. You met our technician for a light bulb replacement and confirmed the pool technician's visit in writing. Lack of Reporting: Upon arrival, you confirmed in writing that 'everything was fine and the place is beautiful.' During your 4-week stay, no messages regarding defective chairs or utensils were sent to us. Services: For this one-month stay, a full mid-stay cleaning service (including linen change) was offered and declined by you. Communication and Responsiveness: You noted that communication 'started well' and that the host was 'amiable.' A 48-hour response time (due to an urgent hospitalization) occurred following two follow-ups during the month. A private villa rental is not a 24/7 hotel concierge service, even though we do our utmost to respond to our guests as quickly as possible and provide the best service. Climate and Comfort: Traveling to Spain in February is a way to escape the polar cold of your North American continent. While it is normal that temperatures do not reach 30°C in winter, the weather remains mild; in fact, our guests from past winters have often shared that they were able to have lunch in t-shirts in the sun on the terrace. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating for optimal comfort. Equipment and Kitchen: Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are equipped with everything needed to prepare great meals. We provide essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil), while specific items (parchment paper, etc.) are for each guest to provide based on their individual needs. La estancia fué espectacular, en un entorno tranquilo y relajado, la limpieza fue relativamente buena, la piscina es definitivamente lo mejor, estar bañandote con vistas panorámicas increíbles fué muy agradable. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen buenas vistas. La cocina de la piscina es la que más usamos, tiene una plancha muy grande y disponen también de una barbacoa grande, Lo mejor ha sido la atención brindada por el propietario, siempre atento a que estuviéramos cómodos y no nos faltará de nada, un encanto de persona. Geweldig verblijf Wij komen al tien jaar in deze regio, maar het is de eerste keer dat we zo'n prachtig en vrij uitzicht hebben vanuit alle kamers, en vooral vanaf het zwembadterras waar we heerlijk samen aan tafel hebben gezeten. En dat alles in alle rust. De villa is erg schoon, de bedden liggen uitstekend en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met de hoge temperaturen van dit jaar hebben we de airco in elke slaapkamer en in de woonkamer erg gewaardeerd. Omdat wij altijd in augustus komen, weten we dat de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding erg goed is voor wat je krijgt.Echt heel erg bedankt aan onze host, die erg behulpzaam was en ons zelfs heeft geholpen met het regelen van een boottocht en een restaurantreservering.Het enige minpuntje: op de privéparkeerplaats past maar één auto, maar op slechts tien meter afstand zijn er genoeg andere parkeerplekken.Nogmaals bedankt, we denken er nu al over na om volgend jaar terug te komen

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! La Villa Panorama porte bien son nom : une vue magnifique sur la mer et la nature, dans un calme total. La maison est très propre, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée. Mention spéciale pour la suite parentale avec sa terrasse et sa douche extérieure sous les étoiles, un pur bonheur ! Tout est pensé pour le confort. La localisation est idéale, proche des supermarchés et des restaurants. Le propriétaire est adorable, réactif et plein de bons conseils ; grâce à lui, nous avons même passé une superbe après-midi en bateau.Nous venons à Moraira depuis plusieurs années et cette villa est sans doute l’une des meilleures que nous ayons louées : le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, bien supérieur à d’autres locations que nous avons pu faire auparavant. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette magnifique maison à Moraira. La vue est à couper le souffle : mer, forêt, collines… un panorama incroyable. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût, très bien entretenue et surtout, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. Les lits sont très confortables, la literie de qualité, et tout est pensé pour passer un séjour relaxant.La cuisine d’été sur la terrasse, juste à côté de la piscine, est un vrai bonheur ! L’emplacement est idéal : à 5 minutes en voiture de la magnifique plage du Portet, proche du centre-ville de Moraira et à seulement quelques kilomètres de Jávea. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et très agréable.Nous avons adoré notre séjour et avons déjà envie d’y revenir. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour cette belle expérience, tout était parfait !

Semaine exceptionnelle ! La villa correspond parfaitement à l’annonce : bien équipée, décorée et climatisée. Les différentes terrasses et la cuisine d’été offrent une vue à couper le souffle. Ainsi que la piscine. Le propriétaire a été disponible et attentif du début de la réservation jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La Villa Panorama porte bien son nom !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Villa Panorama. On cherchait un endroit calme avec une belle vue, et on a été plus que comblés : la vue est encore plus impressionnante que sur les photos ! La maison est confortable, bien équipée, et les différentes terrasses face à la mer sont idéales pour se détendre et profiter du paysage.Le propriétaire remet un guide très pratique, grâce auquel on a pu faire une sortie en bateau avec un superbe coucher de soleil au Portet, ainsi qu’une après-midi kayak pour découvrir de magnifiques criques et de très bons restaurants.De notre côté, on a vraiment apprécié le calme, l’ambiance reposante, et tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent moment en famille. La maison est proche de Moraira, un coin charmant avec de bons restos et des plages à proximité.Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir — sûrement pour un séjour plus long la prochaine fois !

Un vrai coup de cœur !

Cela fait plus de 10 ans qu’on vient dans la région, et cette villa nous a vraiment séduits. Elle offre une vue splendide, avec plusieurs terrasses pour en profiter à toute heure de la journée. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et confortable, on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi.La climatisation dans toute la maison est un vrai plus, surtout pendant les fortes chaleurs : discrète, efficace, et très appréciable.Mention spéciale pour la terrasse de la piscine et la suite parentale, parfaite pour se reposer avec sa terrasse privée. Le soir, l’éclairage de la piscine et du jardin crée une ambiance magique.Le quartier est très calme, idéal pour se détendre, tout en étant proche de la mer et de la magnifique plage d’El Portet.Enfin, un grand merci à l’hôte, toujours disponible, sympathique et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région.Un vrai petit paradis… vivement notre prochain séjour !
