We take pride in keeping our condo updated. . We have owned this three bedroom/condo for 20 years and plan on retiring in Hilton Head Island. .We visit eight times a year and every visit we add upgrades to our condo/villa.

Why they chose this property

A bike ride to the beach 5 minutes or less, a bike ride to Coligny for dining and shopping pleasure in 15 minutes, three pools on the development only 2 to 4 minutes walk. The pool is quiet and has a great clientelle of people to visit with year around. Pool open April 1 and closes October 1.

What makes this property unique

This property has just over 1961 square feet with vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom giving an open and spacious feel to your vacation. Two bedrooms are downstairs with one bath and the master bedroom is upstairs with its seperate bath offering quiet and peace from the guests on different levels.
