Spacious Villa Walking Distance to Ocean

This South Forest Beach villa, located at Springwood Villas, is only a short walk to the beautiful tropical beach on the Atlantic. Also located within walking distance is the popular Coligny Circle. It affords many conveniences including numerous restaurants, shops, and other activities. You are also within a brief drive from Harbour Town which offers more unique shopping and fine/casual dining.

Guests are entitled to one hour free tennis court use per day from the world famous Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Complex, located right next to the villa. Additionally, guest have fitness center privilages free of charge. There are more than 10 public golf courses within a ten minute drive of Springwood.

The villa is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. On the lower level is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry area and the master bedroom. The inviting living room opens to a balcony area overlooking a lagoon and then a few stepping stones to the pool. The open kitchen, dining and living area creates a relaxed homey space. For your convenience a half bath is located on the main level. Off the hallway is the master suite. It is outfitted with a king bed. A stairway leads to the second level where the guest bedrooms are located. These quest rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a third bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are additional flat screen TV's in the master bedroom as well as the queen bedroom and third bedroom.

This villa was the perfect size for our family of 5 ... very clean and comfortable! It was walking distance from Coligny shopping and eating, and the beach was a 12 min or so walk or a short drive away. The pool was terrific too ... loved having the option of a beach or pool day! Our stay at this villa made for a wonderful family vacation!

Fantastic place to stay in Hilton Head

A week long stay for 4 adults & 3 children at a well kept, spacious place that is in close proximity to the beach and food places. The owner was very informative and communicated from the beginning to the end of the rental process. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to the island.

Our stay was very good, the property was excellent. We were happy with what was offered at the property, it offered lots of space and many accommodations. Especially if you have kids, there were many play areas very close for them to play outside. Plus the pool has a baby pool, very nice pools.

This villa has a great location for Coligny Plaza area and the public beach which were in easy walking distance. As three couples, we appreciated the bedroom/bathroom layouts. The owner was a great communicator throughout the whole process. In addition he was very responsive to a maintenance issue on our second day. The issue was addressed and fixed by late afternoon. Would recommend a stay here.

Beach Time on Hilton Head

The condo was a great place to stay….the walk to the beach was harder with children with beach toys. We never found the tennis courts or saw a beach shuttle but a couple of times. Couldn’t find a shuttle schedule.

Great location and well kept property

Parking issue was resolved but had to watch for vehicle to move. With that being said, owner was receptive and quick to help with the issue. Very clean property, close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

This place was pretty spacious and in a perfect location to many things. You can walk to one beach, but all easily accessible with a car. So many great restaurants and family fun. Dennis was great to work with. He communicated clearly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking items to make a meal for your family. Would highly recommend this property. We all had a great time and would go back. The Hilton Head area is just a great place.

Charming condo in perfect location

Memorial Day Weekend Beach Trip

My wife and our friends stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and our host gave us plenty of detail regarding check in and check out. The location of this condo is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would totally recommend this place.

The location of the property was amazing. So close to the beach and shopping. The property grounds were beautiful! We even saw an alligator while sipping coffee on the balcony one morning! The unit itself could use some freshening up with new paint. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and old. It also was not as clean as it could be. We booked this property because gym access was advertised. No gym. Access. 1 hour pre planned tennis lesson is all that was included.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were a great size! Dennis is a great host and responded very quickly! The beach is a bit of a walk about 15min so for younger kids it might be a hike. Overall would definitely stay again

Everything we expected and more. Clean, comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Several dining options within walking distance as well as a grocery store for things you need or things you forgot to bring. Walk or drive to beach.

My wife Andrea and I live in Houghton, Michigan, which is located in the northern most point of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Andrea is a retired H.S. teacher and I am a retired school administrator. We have been retired for 10 years and spend our winters on Hilton Head Island and our summers in Michigan.

Why they chose this property

Hilton Head Island is especially attractive because of it's comfortable temperature, abundance of sunshine and proximity to the ocean and it's beautiful beach. Our villa at Springwood Villas, in the South Forest Beach area, is located in the heart of Hilton Head, just a short walk from the ocean, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is beautifully decorated with many new upgrades including remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, new furnishings and new appliances. Our vacation home is especially appropriate for a family, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Renters will enjoy free access to the Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Center. The tennis center is just steps away from our villa. Clearly, one of the prime advantages of our villa is it's location and proximity to the ocean and Coligny Beach.
