Newly Renovated UNIT 1C1: This ground-floor two-bedroom condo may just elicit an "I don't ever want to leave" reaction as soon as you peek inside!

A large stylish kitchen flows out to a spacious cottage-styled dining area, followed by a living room that will captivate you with its beautiful dark blue hues. Master bedroom oozes tropical relaxation and the guest room is decorated in soft ocean-colored accents. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen-sized sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Ground-floor location offers a "just a few short blissful steps" walk out to the beach and pool. Beautiful condo inside and out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect Oceanside Condo with all the desired amenities needed for relaxation on the island of Sanibel. No need to go further for the best in the area. The pool is at a comfort level for wonderful swimming and sunning. The beach offers plenty of shelling. Restaurants are delicious and of varying cuisines. No need to leave the area. We will return!

Beautiful location perfect beach

This appartement was excellent. All was in place and ready for us when we arrived. The beach was a joy for the kids as it is a very shallow water and not many waves at all. Also shelling was perfect we found all type of shells. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend to anyone.

Perfect Sanibel stay

Right on the beach in a good shelling spot. The condo was perfectly located on the first floor and just a few steps from the beach or pool. Well equipped condo for cooking all your meals and comfortable.
