Decorated in gorgeous blue hues, you'll want to do nothing more than stare out at the amazing beach views forever. Master bedroom makes a statement in casual elegance. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time back to Sanibel since Hurricane Ian. The entire complex has been restored beautifully. We were on the second floor with a perfect view of the Gulf. Our unit was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with all the essentials. We will be back soon.

End of summer blast

We stayed here with our eight-year-old, who was attending Sea School. The place was perfect: comfortable, big enough for the three of us, friendly staff, beautiful views of the Gulf, and a flight of stairs away from the beach. I very much look forward to coming back.

20th anniversary getaway

We loved staying at Ocean’s Reach for our 20th anniversary getaway! It was the perfect location so quiet but still within a close distance to all the great restaurants and grocery store. We had a very relaxing time and left feeling refreshed. We will definitely be back!

Great trip!

Condo has everything you need, although a little small for a family of four. Pull out couch for kids worked out well, but I don't think I could have slept on it. TV a little weird to figure out. Very small kitchen. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Kids loved the pond and shuffle board court. Perfect for shelling and relaxing on the beach. Overall awesome stay!

Great location. Terrific ocean view, right on the sand. One bedroom condo was a little tight, but worked for us. Clean, everything in good working order. Would recommend this condo for a couple or single.

Perfect getaway!

I came to Sanibel for a few days by myself to relax after this crazy year. This condo was perfect for one (or for a couple). It’s exactly as pictured. Steps from the beach, and centrally located on the island - easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to Ocean’s Reach!

The condo looked like it was featured.

The property in general is well kept.The unit we rented looked like the unit pictured but had a few major issues. The oven door fell off its hinges in the first 30 minutes of our stay. The sliding shutters were very difficult to slide shut and open, the dishwater needs replacement, it is old , rusty and does not wash the dishes properly, the sofa bed was full of lint and dust and the floors needed to be washed. The front office was excellent, as were the grounds.
