The Space:

What we love- This condo is one of just a few with a sunset facing exposure, allowing guests to catch the world famous Captiva sunsets from the comfort of their upscale condo. Crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Relax and take much needed naps in any of the three posturepedic mattresses after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of community gas grilles to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Catch up on Netflix on any of the 50``+ HD televisions in the unit, for those lazy days in the condo.



The Beach Villas complex enjoys its own private beach access that is hidden from view. The walk to the beach is pure serenity!



Added Amenities for a Perfect Stay

While South Seas Resort amenities aren’t included, you’ll enjoy access to a range of excellent features: a large heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grilling areas, and coin-operated community laundry facilities. Best of all, the beach is mere steps from your door.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit, heated pool, and other Beach Villas amenities such as the tennis/pickleball court. They will not have access to the greater resort amenities including water park or north end pools. This unit is extremely close to Captiva village, however, which features numerous restaurants, shopping, and more!



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
