Mahalo nui loa for your review! Most homes on Kauaʻi don't have air conditioning, making due with opening windows to let the cool sea breezes in, but we do manage properties that are air conditioned. When searching VRBO, filter for air conditioning. We hope you'll return to our beaurtiful island!

Location was great. Condo very outdated. Main bathroom funky and needs new sink and toilet. Needs more usable coffee cups. Carpeting funky. Screen doors stick. AC is needed.

You didn't contact us at all during your stay, otherwise we could have assisted you regarding coffee cups and the screen doors. We mention in the listing that the home has no air conditioning, which is typical of homes here. We rely on opening windows to allow the sea breezes to cool our homes.

This unit had everything you could want to stay there. Lets say you wanted all you had to do is call the management and they would help you. You will get your work out in at this unit. If you have anyone that can't climb stairs this is not the unit for you.

Great stay in Poipu!

Our family spent a week up in Princeville and had booked our stay in Poipu. First time we split up a two week period. Great experience! Felt at home immediately. Comfortable environment, good amenities and perfect view. Condo is quiet from 9pm until morning. As with any condo, you can hear slight noises from other units…being the top unit is preferred for us. We would absolutely come back!
