PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Close to the water

Very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The condo was spacious and you can’t beat the view. Nice walking path which is easily accessible.

This property was very well maintained and nicely furnished. The twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king. The location was perfect for attending events at the Grand Hyatt, hiking, or going to the beach (Shipwreck or Poipu). All within walking distance. The management company is very accommodating. There is a lot of construction in the area now so the daytime gets noisy. Hopefully, it won't last much longer.

This was our 1st trip to Hawaii and Poipu sands and unit 234 were awesome. The place is super clean and well maintained. The views are way better than the pictures online. The space is bigger than I expected…it was me my wife and our 2 teenage kids and we had plenty of space. The master shower has this really cool big double shower head. Parking is super easy. The entire complex was super quiet, clean, and peaceful. The walk to shipwreck beach is about 5 minutes down an easy pathway. We preferred driving 5 minutes to Poipu park beach to swim with the turtles and snorkel all day. Coffee shop and food places all quick 5 minute drives. This place was a big win and will return.

Absolute paradise!

I've been to Kauai dozens of times, and this was - hands down - the best place I've ever stayed. The unit was immaculate, very spacious, and had killer views. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we felt truly at home - much more cozy and inviting than a hotel room. The location was absolutely perfect, and the Parrish property management company was wonderful and incredibly communicative. We could not have had a more outstanding vacation.

Nice view and location but…

View and location is amazing. However the condo itself needs work for the price they are charging. The toilet was not secured and almost tipped over. Also, there was exposed light wires in the master bathroom. Water and electricity is not good. They did fix it half way through our stay.

Views, location and amenities!

Best rental we’ve had on any island. Very large, clean condo with ocean views, huge lanai and fully equipped kitchen. And the pool was great as well. Sometimes these complexes have tiny pools without shade, but Poipu Sands’ pool was lovely with Weber BBQ, grills nearby. We’ll be back to this unit again. Mahalo!

Perfect location and view

This top floor condo has a great location and beautiful ocean and pool view. It is maintained well, and basic amenities are provided. When we arrived it was some of the warmest weather with the highest humidity along with no trade winds that Kauai has experienced so our first night was quite frankly miserable with no air conditioning and no cross ventilation. The next day the management company brought us more fans to try to help. Seriously even the locals were complaining about how sweltering it was. As this is not typical. Also this is a top floor unit so climbing three flights of stairs may be a challenge for some. However even with the heat we all agree we would stay here again. A portable air conditioner would have made the stay perfect. The management company was responsive and great to deal with.

Great location and the unit was beautiful. Better than the photos on line. Customer service of Parshish Collection office was great, Pat was super helpful and very prompt responding to email requests/questions. Deo was very helpful setting up activities and sending us info to make reservations.
