Where the only sound you'll hear is the breeze whispering through the Ponderosa Pines, yet you're just minutes away from Canon City, home of the world famous Royal Gorge Bridge and the countries premiere section of white water adventures. Your cares will be forgotten as you experience world-class rock climbing in Red Canyon Park, fly fishing on the Upper Arkansas River, class II - IV+ white water rafting, or pursue the local antique and art galleries. Located on 27 private acres at 8000 feet between Canon City and Westcliffe.

This place is wonderful! Located in a very quiet, beautiful location. We enjoyed the serenity and seeing deer and turkey each morning. The cabin is very clean and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. The view from the front porch is beautiful. Sitting on the front porch and hearing nothing but the songs of the birds was so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a great stay here! It feels more like being hosted at someone's cabin/holiday home, with all of the amenities available that you could ever need & a very warm and welcoming host. We particularly loved the incredible view (pictures don't do it justice!) and wildlife around the property. Definitely recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer!

John's cabin was exactly what we needed to getaway and enjoy time together. The property was clean and comfortable with all the amentites. The cabin was close to all of our places of interest (Canon City/Colorado Springs) but out of the hustle and bustle of the cities. We cannot wait to come back with the whole family!

We truly enjoyed our stay... and don't worry... the kitchen has EVERYTHING! The property could not be more relaxing, and we loved seeing the deer in the morning and evenings. John was/is amazing. Thank you is not enough, and we can't wait to get back!
