Amazing location and the unit is fantastic for couples looking to explore Nashville. The walk to downtown is lovely. Make sure to stop by Pinewood Social as it is right next to the building and offers great drinks, food, and bowling! You can’t go wrong staying at any of the owner’s locations.

The property was very nice. While there were many amenities; pool, free parking, roof-top terrace / lounge, and a picnic area, we did not spend enough time there to enjoy them all. The apartment being right next to the trash room was a little disappointing since every-time we entered and exited the apartment, there was a foul odor. There were no issues with anything in the apartment and the property was very nice. I would definitely look to book this again if/when we head to Nashville in the future.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was great with beautiful views, and the area was quiet, which we really appreciated. My bedroom was a bit smaller than expected and could use a little more lighting. There is a sign outside front door asking guests to kindly remove their shoes, which may not be ideal for everyone, especially those who prefer not to walk barefoot or on socks on shared floors. We were not in the unit much during the day, but it worked well for what we needed.

The property was everything you would expect from a first class experience. The host provided a detailed communication from checking in to checking out without any issues. Would definitely recommend if you are looking g for a place close enough to all the action but far enough away to enjoy some peace a relaxation.

Great stay in Nashville for spring break. The location is fantastic for exploring all the city has to offer. Having parking available is huge - we rented a car and am glad we do so. Of course, the location is excellent as you can walk to Broadway is about 15 minutes or walk over to the Listening Room. Crema Coffee was our go to coffee shop just a 5 minute walk from the building. The apartment is clean and the host had good communication. The water pressure in the shower is quite weak but not sure if that’s a Nashville thing. That is my only negative. Everything else was wonderful. Would recommend this apartment for sure.
