About this property

Enjoy this unique 3 bedroom home & outdoor shower in Villas of Bethany West!

This lovely and uniquely decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is only 1/2 mile to the beach. It's an easy walk, bike ride or you can take the Bethany open-air Trolley for just a quarter. The stop is right across the street.! In this family friendly and quiet community it's a quick two minute walk to the community pool, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball areas. There's a small play area for children.

The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, ice maker and garbage disposal. There is a microwave oven, 4 slot toaster, coffee maker, French press & espresso machine. Dishes, table ware, glasses, pots and pans are at your disposal. There is also a washer/dryer in the house.

The dining area seats 6. In the living room there is a 32" cableTV and working fireplace. The outdoor deck is furnished with a table and seating for 6 and 2 extra chairs for lounging. There is a large gas grill and outdoor shower available! There are 4 beach chairs for your use.

Linens and towels are not provided, however, they can be rented through Gale Force Rentals or Coastal Beach Rentals and other options. They all deliver and pick up. We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, trash bags, drier sheets and stain remover for laundry purposes.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. These two rooms share a full bath with shower/tub combination. There is a small step stored under the sink for small children. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. Each bathroom has Meyer's liquid hand soap available.

This town home is within walking distance of Grotto Pizza, Di Febo's restaurant, Di Febo's Market, Off The Hook sea food, WAWA , Cocolo Sushi, Bethany Diner and #1 Chinese. Walk, bike or take the trolley for 25 cents a person into Bethany proper for more restaurants, ice cream and lots of novelty shops.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was as described, clean, well stocked with kitchen items and a grill. I loved the art around the home; it felt like it was a well cared-for property. Close walk to the pool and the parking pass for the beach was very helpful. We also used the trolley which was free to get to the boardwalk area and back. We would come back again!

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed here with our 3 young children and loved the location - proximity to the beach with the parking pass provided and trolley access was amazing. The pool was close and the kids loved playing there. Loved the outdoor shower to help get the sand off! We had a great vacation and would recommend staying here!

Great location with all the amenities

This was a terrific townhouse in a private, wooded community with a pool. It is along a trolley stop for easy access to downtown. It is also in close walking distance to several good restaurants and a wonderful Italian market. We would stay here again.

Marvelous Vacation Home!

This updated vacation home is located perfectly in the community! Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. Great place!

We had a great vacation. Perfect place to stay- just a short drive or trolley to the beach and a lot of other things to do on the property which is why we have been choosing The Villas at Bethany West for many years. Played pickle ball, tennis, and cornhole and enjoyed the pool after going to the beach. They even had extra pickle ball rackets and balls at the house. Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Thank you!

Good size townhouse for family of 6

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. There was enough room for everyone. It was a short walk to the pool which was great to enjoy. There is a trolley that takes you to the beach so parking is never an issue. There were a lot of spiders in the corners, but other than that the place looks like it was recently redone. Some doors stick but not a big deal. We highly recommend for the beach!

Wonderful home and location

This was our first time staying at Gael's property, and if it's any indication of our experience, we already booked for next year! The space was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The outdoor shower and beach chairs were so convenient for daily trips to the beach. The pool is about a 5 minute walk away, very clean and was never crowded - we had it completely to ourselves a few times. The trolley runs right by the property and the stop is near the pool, convenient to get to the shops and boardwalk without needing to park. Easy walk to Wawa and restaurants on Garfield, but the home is far enough from the main road that it's quiet. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to return.

Perfect week at the beavh

Just wanted to say my husband and I were very happy with the size and location of this property. It was perfect for us and our two teenagers… The pool and tennis/basketball courts were just right for them and we enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and nearby trails. The beach was easy access for us and we took advantage of it nearly every day. The Bethany Beach Boardwalk is buzzing during the day but the condo was so quiet we slept really well each night. We enjoyed the outdoor space for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. We definitely recommendation the property - it was so well appointed and thought out and we appreciate all the little details!

July Fun in VBW

Overall, we enjoyed the property. It comfortably provided the space and amenities we were seeking. Upgrades to the property - especially the kitchen were very nice! Just a couple of suggestions for the future. There were no bath mats. We've rented a lot and not encountered that but if we'd known we would've included bath mats in our linens rental order. Also, a couple of itemes on the wall were loose. They fell, we reinstalled but it would be good to secure them better. The items were a vine wall hook in the second queen bedroom and a white lamp in the double bedroom. Also, for our taste,, the mattress in the master bedroom was soft.

Beautiful and comfortable

We loved staying here. The decor is unique and gorgeous. There was enough room for our family of four plus Grandma to relax comfortably. The location was perfect for biking or taking the trolley to the beach. We also enjoyed biking through the neighborhood, playing pickle ball, and swimming in the community pool. The location was great. Quiet, friendly neighborhood - little traffic - 25 cent trolley right at the door. Close to pool but far enough away to not hear noise. Decent knives in the kitchen (what a treat!). Everything you need to cook whatever you want. A bit far to the beach - ok to walk if you are not carrying anything. One criticism - you should mention that linens are not provided. This was not a problem, but we asked before we left. Not sure what we would have done if we arrived without them. We will probably be back.

And yes, we are often visited by deer, rabbits and geese as we relax on the back deck.
